Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.
Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!

Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

The pork noodles were disgusting. The tuna sandwich had hardly any tuna and the bread was stale. A salad would have been better. An apple or a muffin.
Did not happen. After being late over and hour we had to embark and get rescheduled . I got my hotel voucher 1:36 am !!!! . The flight was cancelled past 10pm. I had to pay for my hotel and camp the next day till 23:30 for flight to london. Then change airport and pay myself for transportation to Gatwick airport. Never again I will use your services. Unfortunately I have to come back.
Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍

To receive in the morning an email and a sms that the flight has been changed at the last minute the flight from 14:00 Paris Montreal (arrive at 15:45 )to the flight of 12:00 Paris Toronto ., than Toronto Montreal arrive at 21:00 . It couldn’t be worse to be able to change for 2 hours ahead !!! And meanwhile changing the flight from direct flight to indirect flight it s not respectful at all !!!!
I was forced to check my carry-on bag, which I don't appreciate.
I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.
The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.
This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.
The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.
I am very certain that the food on this flight caused food poisoning.
