The entire crew I interacted with in economy class were professional, friendly, welcoming, and helpful."

This was a code share operated by United with a 787. Don't care for the herringbone 2-2-2 seating in business, many other carriers have gone to a 1-2-1 which is better. Food wasn't much better than economy but what really counts is lie flat seats.

I had a small back pack and a small suitcase. The boarding staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let me take both on board. Only one small bag on board even though there was tons of space and I paid for premium seat. Also—they want you to wear their mask—even though I had n95. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future

Plane was late leaving by one hour for a one hour flight then circled around Vancouver to land. Flight was jammed with no room for people or luggage and also people coughing clearly sick and no vaxx passes being checked even when clearly sick.

Although, I was informed about this miss when I landed in Vancouver, the team did not seem to feel particularly bad about it. Also, the process of getting reimbursed for the predefined expenditure allowance needs to be more efficient. Ideally, in such cases, the airlines should not only refund the check-in fee, but also provide a prepaid card to make any urgent purchases. Their current process requires one to bear the expenses initially, scan/click and send the original receipts and await a response from their baggage team. I am waiting to hear back from them on my submission."

He’s 7lbs, so he can’t be much smaller a dog, and his carrier it turns out, doesn’t fit under WestJet seats, despite being within carry-on luggage dimension limits (their life jackets take up most of the legroom), and thus could not be any bigger. Did they want me to have a smaller dog, or a Euclidean space-defying carrier? I suppose they were suggesting that taking a dog aboard WestJet is abusive, because they certainly don’t provide adequate space for anything larger than a hamster, they hassle you about it, and they charge you $50 for the fun of it. One agent had the nerve to reach into his carrier without permission, unannounced, and invade his personal space, him being a rescue and very anxious."

What's worse is each time we ended up spending about 20-30 min slowly driving around the runway since the takeoff queue was backed up so much. Maybe not the airlines fault for that but the pilot never said a word about it and kept us in the dark. Each flight was in total delayed by several hours. It seems more often than not these days that flights are delayed and are totally unreliable. I've come to hate flying."

Cons: "I was able to download the WestJet Connect app on my phone which gives you access to tv shows and movies to watch on your own device during the flight. The app was free and easy to use and there was a decent selection. However, the wifi on board is not free so even though you could watch the tv show/movie - the sound did not work unless you paid for it. There are many other airlines that offers everything for free - it would have been a more pleasant if we were able to actually utilize the service."
Cons: "The long delay, 2 kids crying continuous, no place to smoke, no one explained to me that I had to pick up my luggage in Toronto! So now my suitcase is delayed! I was told that it would go straight through to destination. I will never use Delta again! And I will not fly through Detroit or Toronto again!!!"

On this journey I was sitting on the aisle being constantly bumped by the crew moving up and down the aisles. I’m not a big person and wasn’t in the aisle however, on the aisle opposite me was a bigger person. The crew were constantly moving to avoid that person and hitting me. Expect tight seating and narrow aisles."
Pros: "First experience flying business class -- and Aer Lingus has it down to a science! Great food (maybe too much actually!), friendly attendants, great service -- and the most wonderful pods that allow you to lay out flat for a snooze, complete with duvets and pillows."

Be the first on board to store your cabin bag and relax in your seat before take-off." I believe I am entitled to a refund based on the info on above taken directly from the Aer Lingus website."
Pros: "Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me."

If was past two in the morning Dublin time and our kids were exhausted and fell esleep in the airport. We could not wait around any longer with exhausted children so we booked a hotel and took our kids there without our luggage. Our kids were crying because our baggage was lost and thus was a shitty way to end our vacation and my birthday! Would not recommend flying with Aer Lingus or Air Canada. Horrible service."

In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour.
