The crew was friendly and attentive. Excellent food: sandwich and warm cookie handed out on a 2.5hour flight! Would definitely fly Air North again.
We left a half hour late and there was no food or snacks offered-,not even the crappy pretzels. The flight itself was smooth tho and the crew was nice.

My row seemed to have more leg room and I didn't pay extra for it. Air North offers a meal at no extra cost. There was no entertainment available, but that wasn't an issue as most people have options on their phones. The crew was friendly. Air North offers air travel the way it used to be and that is a welcome and pleasant surprise.
Air North is one of the easiest airlines to fly with. Lots of room and great service. Always provide you food.
My interaction with air north was great, Their customer servicr was easy to get a hold.of, Managed to speak with a person, they were very polite and helpful, However I messed up the date with the ticket purchase, Since I used a third party I could not change the date. And trying to contact Kayak and the other third party was a nightmarez So I am unlikely to use a third party again.
Customer server was excellent. The flight was extremely affordable, and my seat was both comfortable and spacious.
Terrible customer service - no interest in being helpful, limited service hours, unwilling to transfer checked baggage of provide advice. Not recommended.
Supposed to fly out at 10am to Kelowna….got delayed until 1:40 and missed an important meeting. I ended up having g to stay over. Should have just driven.
Service was great from start to finish. Pleasant attendants, timely luggage to carousels.

The agent denied our cat from boarding just because the carrier has to be slightly shorter to go under the seat. It is a soft sided carrier and WestJet had mentioned that soft sided carriers can be squished to go under the seat. So we had to transport the cat via road to YYC. In Yyc the connection flight terminal supervisor of WestJet was surprised about the edmonton agent decision as she said the size of bag should be 11in indeed so that cat can move freely even if the bag has to be slightly adjusted to go under the seat. Avoid WestJet - they are a dying organization with incompetent staff!!!... No guarantee the flight is maintained since the crew went on strike. Very unsafe and unpredictable business, a cancerous corn in the hands of Canadian business !!
Terrible. Passengers were loud and stewardess did nothing about it. They didn't show us the safety precautions like how they were suppose to, in the beginning before taking off.
For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour
No major issues with WestJet. Unfortunately, on the segment YYC to IAH the entertainment system was down.
Comfortable seats compared to others airlines. Good meal. Nice staff. Cheaper than other longer flights with other airlines.
We barely arrived in Calgary in time for our connection to Rome. The flight was delayed, and we made it with five minutes to spare.
Flight left an hour late while waiting for a crew member. No in flight entertainment. Sat beside a huge dude, which was a little uncomfortable 😅
The nutritional basis for having the vegetarian pasta, served with potato salad, a bun and a pastry in the same meal is incredibly carb heavy and unhealthy. Fruits and green vegetables?
Pre-boarding was very good. Easy to do. Flights were all good and on time.
The staff were helpful with good relationships at all levels.- check in,in flight. BUT 1. The food provided was OK but inadequate supply. 2.in selecting my seat during the preboarding check in,I requested Change of seat which I did BUT without advice was charge $$ for this change!!
Boarded late then sat on the Tarmac for 90 minutes for no reason
The plane was almost an hour delayed and then once we were on board, they said that captain didn’t have enough hours left in his day to fly us so they had to find another captain. Surely that could’ve been figured out out in advance. Incredibly frustrating because I missed my connection in Toronto, and it has a result missed the first day of my conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Delayed on tarmac and missed next Air Canada flight by few minutes. Theh should have waited for me.
Terrible… Luggage’s missing for 5-days. Not expedited despite notifying them that insulin and ozempic were in bags and required refrigeration. I’m extremely disappointed. Meds were useless upon delivery as ice pack had dissolved and meds were warm and not useable because their efficacy and potency are now questionable . I’m so disappointed and expecting a full refund for the checked in bags.
Flight issues, landing in Van rough. Attendant on flight to Vancouver was excellent. Delays in Edmonton not your fault but was frustrating

Not having to pay for seats for 53 minute flight when continuing on the Calgary United didn't charge for seats to Chicago or the fort Lauderdale
Look this rating had nothing to do with the staffing on personal level they interacted professionally and with a friendly demeanor. However they canceled my first flight with short notice . Went from 7 hour trip to 13 hours . Then the boarding lady insisted that I check my carry on because it was a very small plane , I did check it , they lost it. Now with a carry on one puts all his stuff in , meds, expensive waterfowl calls and stika gear I hope when they find it all my stuff is there. Kayak you need to ask about entire experience not just the flight.
