Our seats were at the very back, so it was very tight, so therefore, very uncomfortable. Especially when the person in front of you put their seat back. Everything else was great!
Cons: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

Cons: "Flight attendant missed couple lines of food and after letting them know instead of bringing the cart back they were tossing the entire plate on top of the head of the other passengers. One of them fell of right on one of the passengers. The second thing that irritates me is that one of the flight attendant approached me and was asking if I want chicken beef or pasta and I said chicken and she was like that is not an option in a very rude tone as of I am dumb or deaf of some sort. The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. Instead she was giving an really bad attitude about it. Very irritated"
Pros: "Very attentive flight attendants. Two meals served and liquid refreshments offerred multiple times. Entertainment options were great! And patient fellow passengers who listened to a kid scream for most of 9 hours."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 3 hours and we were instructed to rebook. After waiting over an hour to talk to an agent, we were supposedly rebooked to an Air France flight. After rushing to another terminal, the Air France check in agent told us she could not find our tickets, although the Icelandair agent gave us written confirmation. After being sent to the Air France ticketing agent (another office), we were told we were on a British Airways flight. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AIRLINE. How were we supposed to know this? This was extremely frustrating. But BA treated us great and we can now see why they have such a great reputation."

That air Canada cancelled my flight less than 24hrs before and rebooked me on a much later flight
There was about 65 minutes delay but there was no announcement about the delay until 5 minutes before take off.
We were taking Air Canada to France for a river cruise. The river cruise was cancelled due to the unrest and strikes in France. The cruise company fully refunded our money. We had purchased the insurance through Air Canada and they still refused to reimburse us or even give us a credit for a future flight. Very poor customer service.

Cons: "My flight was an early morning flight 8 am. I needed to get up at 5 am to get ready for this flight. AC notified me 5:05 am that my flight delayed 3 hrs to 11am. I wish they told us the night before so no need to get up that early."
