The amount of issues we had with traveling with Delta and gate agents was insane. We've never had this many issues with Delta, flights, luggage, and lack of customer support from the agents. However, the flight attendants on the flight were amazing and as kind as could be.

Another good flight newer plane therefore better seats. The landing was excellent!

Boarding was on time (if not a little early). The flight was unfortunately not properly catered for snack boxes in main cabin. This is likely a one off instance, but it’s a long flight for no food options other than pretzels and Biscoffs. Service was attentive and friendly. This particular flight offered Delta’s DeltaOne lay flat first class seats. Would highly recommend. Flight left on time and arrived early!

The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

The flight was delayed and I wasn't able to make my connection. I never got any emails from the airlines or kayak about where I was reebok. I am currently writing from Stockholm Airport. They let us board without checking our documents. We thought we had everything but then when we got to the stockholm airport, the immigration office wouldn't let us pass and we've been stuck here, unable to leave, we've missed our connection as well. The document that was invalid was our US vaccine certificate (Moderna, double vaccinated by May 2021). The Swedish government doesn't see it as valid. So SAS should have stopped us from boarding the flight when they checked our vaccine card at the New York airport. Horrible experience.

Kayak inserted a whole other stop into my itinerary and I didn't know about it until I checked in and I had Oslo written on my boarding pass instead of the layover I thought I had. How are you not going to tell me I'm going to Norway? Because of this new addition, I missed my flight to Warsaw, and now I'm stuck in Sweden for the night.

We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Cons: "We flew out of Newark (EWR), and the flight gate was NOT posted on any of the flight departure boards, there was no Icelandair counter to ask for that information (staff had left, as we arrived there shortly after 1 hour prior to departure, so there was no longer even a sign saying Icelandair on it), there were no Icelandair staff or crew to ask, and each and every airport personnel we asked (such as visitor information and security) either did not know or gave us incorrect information. The gate information was not given on our boarding passes, and even Google did not know the gate number! Although we should have had plenty of time, we ended up having to cut through the security line to make it, and even then we came fairly close to missing the flight. I would be very reluctant to ever use Icelandair again, even though I did like the price for the cost of the flight and the flight itself was fine."

Pros: "You’re going for no frills. Competitive pricing maybe but consider baggage situation first. We went transatlantic and paid for a bag using economy light fare to make it work. Only needed one checked bag. Kids even in economy light get a free meal. Cabin is ok."
Cons: "Witnessed many customers checking in who thought a bag was included. Entertainment is ok but screens have limited kid activities. Each leg of my flight took off 15-20 min late easily. Overall this wasn’t bad as it was made up in-air. Except one layover was only an hour, And cut it a bit close clearing passport control and traveling with two kids. No time to even see Kaflavik or pick up food or drinks. We ran to the final boarding call after clearing passport control. Also not good was that they don’t offer gate check on strollers. On a departure, you can use your stroller all the way up to the gate, but you get it back with any checked baggage at baggage claim, so you won’t have a stroller for layovers in Keflavík or clearing customs on either end. That was a pain."

The seats are the same as first class on domestic US airlines and recline only a little. It was actually for "flights" meaning, if you are taking a flight to Canada, use this line; for US flights, use that line. However, many people, myself included, mistakenly assumed that the signage was meant for passports, in other words, US passport holders use this line; Canada/UK passport holders, use that line."

Also the entertainment is what you see on TV in the USA, there are no new movies AND the content is the same east and West bound."
