The flight departed more than 1 hour late. Leg room is bigger than most airlines
Flight was delayed several 3 hours - no reason was given and no communication what so ever.
No overhead baggage room even though I was seated in row 2. Consequently had to check in my carry on bag. Baggage carousel was jammed. Took 45 min to get my bag.
Cancelled flight with no specific instructions to get a boarding pass for another flight. The whole flight of people were in line for an hour because there was only 1 person to help at the desk. This was unusual for JetBlue.
Except for the 28 minute delay leaving and the earlier reschedule to a later takeoff time the flight was good.
Loved the leg room and tvs screens on the seats and free WiFi. Wish the price was lower and could save by rebooking

I rate it is good we had a 4-hour travel delay at one point but JetBlue gave out food vouchers and travel points credits for another flight so they try to make up for it

It amaze me how other airlines leave on time and Spirit always have some type of delay. I’ve flown with Spirit many times, but it reached a point I’d rather pay twice the amount and not deal with this corporation they never do nothing to reimburse people for their time or headaches.
Spirit charges you to breathe in their presence. They have you pick and buy your seat in advance and then I got bumped from the seat I paid for because THEY overbooked the flight by a dozen people. they do not provide any entertainment, they do not provide even a small cup of water - you have to pay for everything. I will never fly Spirit again.
I feel like Spirit Airlines is a trash airline. They canceled my flight and could not Even help me book a new flight for the same date
why's KAYAK involved? why'd Spirit charge me $19.72 on Apr 28 and $4.49 on May 1 ? And ironically my credit card had to be cancelled after trip due to a bogus charge, wonder if using it on the plane enabled a scammer to get it.

I love Spirit. New aircraft, great cabin service, the airfares are low cost which helps me visit my hospitalized daughter anytime I can without paying a fortune.

Friendly staff put me at ease with processes, since this was my first time. I would recommend flying on Spirit!
The flight took an extra 30 min to take off because we were waiting for crew to board then it took another 30 min to get off the plane because there was no parking. Just overall ridiculous also please add a head rest my neck was gonna snap off thanks.
