There was actuallly a barrier between them and us which hit me in the head every time I stood up! On a long flight from Munich to LAX we felt and were cheated."

What a pleasure! I felt like a really valued customer. At a time where one has to pick value for money and figure out your loyalties in air travel; I can promise that Lufthansa will be a top choice for me on future flights. Excellent in all regards."

Once we reached the plane, the crew should have facilitated an orderly boarding through both doors rather than one. This was also a pretty empty flight and other passengers were utilizing their assigned seat as well as a whole other row and calling it theirs just because they set something on one seat. It didn't seem right that some of us had to stay in our little crowded area while others used up 4 seats and I don't mean for laying down."

Firstly, the brand new plane with excellent in-seat entertainment choices, power points at every seat, more comfortable chairs with better head rests and even window dimmers vs. window shades, allowing you to look outside the whole flight. Secondly, the food was much improved...definitely better quality and tastier than typical airline food. And thirdly, better service from flight attendants who actually smiled. Keep up the good work. This represents a real step change."

Cons: "The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling."

Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Upon arrival at our destination with a child in hand, our stroller was not unloaded at the gate so we had to carry our child and all that travels with him to the baggage area. For anyone travelling internationally, you will know this is generally quite a distant from the gate in major airports. The strollers and car seats arrived in baggage 30 minutes after the main luggage. When staff were approached they were short and appeared very disinterested in helping. TAP failed on this flight home."

Cons: "They put us in a tiny transit terminal in Casablanaca without food. The flight was delayed 3 hours (until 1am) so I was sitting in this tiny terminal for 5 hours without food. Then they didn't deliver my bag (or half the plane bags) once in Marrakech. Not only this, but they don't deliver next day so I had to return to the airport to get the bag myself. Will never fly this airline again."

They had the big TV screens hanging from the top of the plane but no movies were played (on the way there and back). They changed my flight time twice from when I bought the flight to when I left, which disrupted my whole travel planes when arriving to Montreal. In addition, the night before my departure they emailed me stating that my flight had been canceled. When i called costumer service, they stated that they had no idea what I was talking about. The company is disorganized. The plane was full to capacity and as a result my whole party (5) was not stead together nor were there any attempt to fix that for us even when we asked several employes. Overall, i would not fly or recommend Royal AirMaroc"

We verified that the airline has an impeccable safety record, so we said, "Ok. We will try it." If cost is the only consideration in lieu of the other comments below, then this is a good choice..."
Cons: "The infrastructure of the Casa Blanca airport is not where it should be compared to other major airports. That said, the airport does have a food court area and some limited shopping so there is an attempt to carry forward to a modern airport, but the next upgrade they should concentrate on is rest rooms. There is also good direction as to where you need to go when disembarking from the connector flight. Dis/embarking was on the run way followed by a bus ride to the terminal. We stood for 10 minutes crowded in the bus before waiting before going to the plane and 10 standing on the runway, but not before the free for all of ascending the stairway to heaven. With rock bottom rates we must have had 20 children on the flight and at least 10 babies on top of that. We have our own family so are empathetic to the challenges of traveling with infants and small children, but at points it seemed like synchronized crying. The aircraft was a 747 wide body so the engine noise and ability to ride the air was comfortable, but the seats were very compact and difficult for me as a man that is 6'2". I felt very sorry for passenger who was 6'10". The plane had no in flight entertainment system aside for a plug in for music on headsets. This means lots of chatter on the flight at some points reaching the level of a busy restaurant on a Friday night with 10 babies crying thrown in. We were lucky as we were not seated directly next to a crying baby or next to a person that does not think deodorant is ever a requirement. Conclusion: you will get no transatlantic sleep and pray you do not get seated next to a baby or deodorant optional passenger."
