On one of the flights, the situation became sufficiently frustrating that a passenger openly expressed their dissatisfaction. Despite these complaints, we did not observe any meaningful improvement or receive an adequate explanation. The fact that members of our group experienced similar conditions on two separate aircraft is particularly concerning. We recognize that cabin temperatures may vary during a flight; however, the prolonged discomfort and the apparent lack of an effective response significantly affected our travel experience. Passengers reasonably expect a long-haul international flight to provide a tolerable cabin environment. When multiple passengers raise concerns about their comfort or well-being, those concerns should be acknowledged and addressed professionally.

Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.

Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

Great flight great seats will absolutely fly with you again

The flight and crew were good. Departure and arrival were timely. Check-in was professional and helpful in Malaga on return trip (same on outbound trip from Toronto). The ad before ach program was punishing - specifically for the internet/data service with the content creator that was showed twice in each ad pod. It was so annoying I made an effort to forget the name and would not use the service. Provide an opportunity to fast forward or skip the darn ads once they have been initially viewed.

The flights were on time and the crew was friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The seats were quite cramped and if the seat in front was tipped back there was very very little room. The entertainment was only on your own device and there was no usb charging

Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us

All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.

Over all good except the food was not good at all

It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.

Outgoing flight was cancelled due to labor issue but the airline found be another flight just a few hours later than the initial one.

There were a lot of empty seats so we were able to spread out and be more comfortable. The food was decent enough. The crew, however, there was one flight attendant who put a hand on my grandson as he was walking to the bathroom and told him to stop. He’s 13 years old and didn’t need an escort so I don’t understand the necessity of putting a hand on his chest and saying “stop”. My grandson was confused and embarrassed with no explanation.

Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.

Entertainment system has been failing several times. This is not only entertainment, but also individual lights and ability of calling flight attendants were being disabled.

Online checkin could be easier. 24 hours out I had to search for way to check in, only later did Air Canada post it. Seats on the Montreal to Barcelona flight were horribly uncomfortable. $100 to check in a bag on an overseas flight is not a reasonable price. No wonder there were overloaded carry-ons.
