Menu selection was limited and not appropriate for a flight of this length

I like WJ but I don’t like traveling anymore

Good flight. No I’m seat entertainment. But my phone worked just fine on the west jet app.

4 hour delay, lost our bags, staff was loud and it was an overnight flight

We were late boarding, but it all worked out. So, no problem.

It was good but not comfortable seat with the long legged persons.

No problems here. WestJet does a good job, even on their short haul flights

I didn't like anything, Westjet cancelled the flight the morning we were to leave.

Boarding was fine, but then we were delayed a while due to some baggage issues, then de-icing.

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.

This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.

Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.

Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .

Air Canada are just not reliable …. Kept cancelling /delaying flights

No food. No Bluetooth for entertainment. Crying babies thought the cabin instead of placing them in the corners.

It was on time. It's all good when the expectation is met.

It was good. Had 2 delays & just about missed both flights. Besides that Overall it was good

As usual with Air Canada, being on schedule would be nice. Tv kept shutting off and having to reset it by staff every time. Irritating.
