My screen was broken so now movies, etc, but I didn’t really mind. They did work on it, so good effort on their part.

i was not able to take my flight because the information i needed to book my dog correctly was not provided

They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat

The Turkish was good . I had a problem with air Transat terrible experience for me

Very good. A lot better experience then I expected for an economy flight.

Porter airlines was good. I didn't have the best experience when booking through airfare assist however, as I got no final confirmation from them that the flight was booked until I called them. Even then, the confirmation code they gave me was incorrect and couldn't be used for check in. On a positive note airfare assist was actually picked up the phone relatively quickly when calling

The flight crew were very good, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The food was extremely bland—almost tasteless. We chose the non vegetarian .The lasagna was just plain pasta with a tiny garnish and no seasoning. It felt like eating starch only, The bigger issue was with luggage and space. We boarded with three tickets, and while the seats in front of us were nearly empty, all the overhead compartments had already been filled by passengers boarding to the back. This left us and many others with no overhead storage for our carry-ons. Our bags couldn’t fit well under the seats either, which meant we lost the little legroom we had. The result was a horrible, cramped experience—sore knees, no space to stretch, and no way to rest or sleep comfortably. According to the crew this was a rather normal thing. It is obviously normal that people board with handbag and carry on but they should be only allowed to use their overhead compartment and under their seat not the way it is managed that all the spaces in the front of the plane being occupied by the people sitting way back in the plane.

Everything was horrible. On the day of my departure, I was denied check-in and boarding because my reservation only showed one of my last names, while my passport contains both. This minor discrepancy could have been easily corrected, but I was informed that no adjustment could be made. As a result, I lost not only my outbound flight but also my return flight and had to purchase a new ticket at a significantly higher cost.

My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .

I really liked the club service, the temperature was ideal, the flight attendants were so warm and friendly and accommodating the bathroom was easy. Great flight.

Crew was excellent. Business class was poor on the short flight and mediocre at best on the international flight.

Delay rushed to the next plane and bags didn’t arrive in chicago

Boarding could've been improved a bit, the rest is excellent.

The seats are small and the movie selection was disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the cabin crew was attentive and kind.

The customer service rep on chat refused carrying golf set at no charge that is customary for LOT and others. I wanted yo carry just ONE club not even full set! Web check in was nightmare. Most horrible lounge at warsaw. To call it business class is a BIG exaggeration. Rude staff warsaw to nyc. Seats uncomfortable and not flat as is now customary. Bad content and entertainment system.

Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.

bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.

The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.

Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

It was great. The service was excellent and the timing was very good.

The food menu was impressive but the actual selection limited. That said, the food was excellent. The seat cushions are less than comfortable for a 12 hour flight. Space i8n economy was very good. One first leg the layover was too short. Added with a delay in arrival we could barely made the connecting flight - but the luggage did not make it. It was sent in the next flight so in the end it was a mini=or inconvenience.

This was my third time using Turkish Airlines. I was well satisfied with the overall experience! I believe that no one is perfect and that everyday we are trying to do the best we can to help others by giving a part of our lives through service. I believe from what I’ve seen that Turkish Airlines, have come close to that service! I will definitely recommend and reuse their services again! Thank you!

Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right

They changed the return flight to the next day and it interrupted the plans we had in our connecting city.

On the Boeing 777-300 aircraft there is no personalized climate control for passengers. Every time I've ever flown on this type of airplane I've been uncomfortably warm. For shorter flights (less than 5 hours) this isn't a big deal, but on longer flights where a nap is required to stay comfortable it turns into a nightmare. I love turkish airlines, but I really fo hope they upgrade their fleet. I've flown turkish air once on a newer model and had a fantastic time, so I think its the plane more than the airline.

5 unnecessary control before get in the craft. It is exagerated and very inefficient

3 hours delay to start with and then food was terrible.

The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.

Very disorganised check-in and boarding. We won't fly with them again

Flight was delayed for over an hour making our connecting flight impossible to make. No notification that we had been bumped to another flight. Was told my bag would stay at the airport. Got to my hotel and got notified I needed to pick it up. Come all the way back to the airport to find I didn’t need to pick it up and the app glitched. They did at least put me on the next available flight. No offer for money back or compensation for time lost due to being home a day later. No compensation for food as it was only good for anything in the airport. Not outside it. They did at least book the hotel and the gate agent was very helpful. But I did not appreciate them giving my seats away to stand by people while I was sprinting through the airport to try and make it to a flight I was late for through no fault of my own. If they did not let stand by on I would have been on my flight as they did allow two people before me on

Seats could be slightly more comfortable otherwise flight was good but

Many of staff seemed unfriendly. Food was not good, and of course the meat option ran out for the back of the plane. Staff came by to pick up trash/things rarely. Deboarding and boarding were exceptionally slow (probably customers' fault) and it took almost 30 minutes for luggage to appear. Conversely, on the way over (Toronto to Vienna) I had the best meal -some king of chicken- that I may have ever had on an airplane.

Boarding needs to be organized. There were 3 lines and much cutting off!!

Boarding a disaster. People need to be told not to line up before area called. Crew had not even boarded and walkways were jammed

It was canceled twice in a 4 week timeframe, the second time was one week before my departure. So I canceled the whole flight and got a refund and went from San Francisco to Athens with Condor

Why is the flight so dirty and crunched when we pay close to $2000.? At least put back the paper behind the head for cleanliness? The bathroom is basically an outhouse in the air. Ok not much you can do. The food is ok but maybe keep it finger food-fruit, sandwiches? I asked a female flight attendant what kind of milk was for the coffee and she snidely said, cow’s milk,” and was unfriendly! Overall, it was a typical flight and thank you! It got me to my family!

The check-in process in Athens was a complete nightmare. I did the online check-in and proceeded to drop off my baggage. I waited in line for about an hour. It was ridiculous. The line was so long that the start of the line extended well past the dividers so it was hard to tell where the line started. People were getting in the wrong line because it was hard to tell which line was which. There were 2 lines: one for people that checked in online and were just dropping off their luggage and a second for people that needed to check-in. The line for people that did not check-in online was actually FASTER. So essentially you were worse off checking-in online proving that no good deed goes unpunished. I finally got to the front off the line and got checked-in.

I had a flight from Athens to Minneapolis with a layover in Toronto. Day of the flight I was notified my connecting flight was cancelled. No “we will provide a voucher,” no reason, just cancelled. Upon checking in, the agent informed me to pick up my bags in Toronto and check them again the next day as the first leg of the flight was still commencing. The flight was bumpy, surrounded by screaming kids and generally cramped (the braces for seats in front of us were offset, so it was not possible for two adjoining passengers to place hand luggage under their seat, thus mine was under my feet the 11 hours we flew), but the flight crew was great. Upon arriving, only one of my bags came out to be collected. After notifying AirCanada staff about my situation, I was told my other bag would go to Minneapolis the next day, and they don’t have a way to access its status or location…ok, I’ll have some optimism and hope. Next, I was told there were no rooms available for a hotel voucher due to my cancelled flight, and that I should pay on my own to submit receipts later. So I secured my own room and got some rest. Instead of putting me on the earliest flight the next day, I had a late departure and waited at the airport for 7 hours…until I was told my flight was delayed 2 more hours. At least the flight wasn’t cancelled and I made it. Yet still my luggage didn’t arrive. Somehow despite tracking, no one can ever tell you where your bags are. After filing a lost luggage claim, which I received no file number or anything that would allow me to even approach tracking it, I made my way home. In attempting to contact AirCanada about compensation or baggage, one may as well give up. I waited on the phone for 90 minutes before I hung up, sent an email and contacted them through socials. While they haven’t responded, at least my bag finally arrived. I’m not holding onto hope I’ll be compensated for the extra 400 dollars paid because of the cancellation. When I book flights, I am comfortable paying a bit extra thinking I’ll be in more reliable hands, like what I thought AirCanada to be. When did it become the norm for all airlines to be so ridiculous in what they charge, the lack of concern or service they provide for customers, and the impossible access we have to communicating with them? This, to me, is wild. Consumers are being cheated and deprioritized with travel nowadays. This is the trend. I’m sad to see AirCanada having fallen into this trend.

Boarding a 250 person aircraft is never fun. Air Canada did this with as much finesse as possible under the circumstances. On this flight, (10 hours actual air time), the crew was great. Of especial note is one of the stewards named Colin. He was cordial with every passenger encounter even those that could have turned bad on such a long flight. Air Canada really needs to get their ground crew to work with the flight crews. Their on time performance is horrible and their baggage handling is extra horrible. Lost bags on our outbound leg to Greece, and late arrival and missed transfers for many due to baggage handling delays.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights

Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.

The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.

Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties

The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!
