The flight and crew were good. Departure and arrival were timely. Check-in was professional and helpful in Malaga on return trip (same on outbound trip from Toronto). The ad before ach program was punishing - specifically for the internet/data service with the content creator that was showed twice in each ad pod. It was so annoying I made an effort to forget the name and would not use the service. Provide an opportunity to fast forward or skip the darn ads once they have been initially viewed.

Flight delayed any hour and couple of big gate changes
The pilot came out and chatted with the passengers. He explained why there was a slight delay. The crew was excellent. Very helpful. I had to buy meals for my whole family and they were in different seats, so the crew had to deal with that. They were very pleasant and accommodating and did a great job!
We were unable to land in Liberia. It was not the airline’s fault, but we had to be diverted to SJO.
We had things stolen from our luggage, we also were refused an upgrade on a flight that was not full.
When we left, it wasn't Great . People were drinking heavily, very disrespectful Extremely loud, the entire trip. I think the crew members, should have get their attention. Coming back was great.
I sat in the club. The seeds were fantastic. The meal was great and Entertainment was good. The crew was fantastic. I recommend it to everybody.
The food was small portions and not fresh. I was seated at the back of the plane so by the time the cart approached me most of the food options were sold out. The cabin crew was fantastic however.
Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.
Seats were roomy. Lavatories were surprisingly big and clean. Plenty of entertainment available. We were fed and offered drinks, multiple times during the flight.
AA can't control the weather. But the airplane was hot and stuffy while stuck on the runway with a broken entertainment system.
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!
We were offered Flight Change due to overbooking. We accepted and chose an earlier flight. We went to Rebooking center to make the change but agent told us no changes permitted on our Basic ticket. AA should not have made the offer to change our flight.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.

The flight was delayed which was disappointing. There was no pre takeoff refreshment in first, as we had to wait around an hour in our seats before take off that was disappointing too. The inflight entertainment/wifi did not work, and the crew were slow to offer drinks in flight
I had a first class lie flat seat which broke within 20 minutes of takeoff. I had to sit at an uncomfortable position for 9 hours, and the crew was terribly inconsiderate. I ate in the aisle, didn't have any entertainment due to none of the electricity working on my chair.
