Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

I had already printed boarding passes for LH009 about 20 hours before flight time and ultimately arrived at HAM two hours before flight time and thought everything was in order. It didn't seem right that some of us had to stay in our little crowded area while others used up 4 seats and I don't mean for laying down."

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

Delays. Endless walking at Schiphol, most exits closed. No staff or signs.

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

The seat size was more like a domestic than an international flight. In fact, i would compare the ammenities, quality and service to a short hall ryan air flight, which was unexpected for an international flight. The plane was extremely hot so sleeping was difficult. My biggest complaint was that they are very strict on carry on luggage only allowing it to weigh 10kg/22lb. I try to limit myself to a carryon so i don't have to mess with bagage claim, but the wieght restriction made it impossible. I have never had a carry on weight restriction (at least enforced) on an international flight. Will not be including them in future searches.

Cons: "I had to wait almost one hour at check in. The person in charge said there were "issues" with my visa. She allowed me to board to Reykjavik and said the issues would be solved as I flew. I had to check in again at Reykjavik. There was no "issue" with my visa and I was received normally at my destination. Comfort level on business class was sub-par and options on entertainment center very limited."

Pros: "I just want to give a particular shout out to Marta from flight FI655 REK to PDX on April 10th. I was extremely dehydrated and blacked out for a moment. Next thing I know, the crew is on me, asking me questions, trying to get me some help. They found a doctor on the flight and attended to me extremely calmly. They got me a nice seat where Marta checked on me for the rest of the flight, made sure I ate and drank something, got my things from my seat, and overall gave me far more attention than I could have ever asked for. Thanks, Marta! (Please give this woman a raise or a medal or something.)"

Cons: "The range of rows called to board at the same time was too wide. Calling fewer rows in quicker succession would help people to line up more in order from rear to front. On return flight, crew was not directing passengers during boarding for overhead storage. Causing overheads to completely fill up with poorly stored luggage when much more space could have been available. People didn’t put their carry-on wheels first, nor personal items under chairs. Many people had several shopping bags (personal items) in addition to a backpack or purse and their carry-on. Everything was strewn throughout the overheads without proper instruction. Reflection of the people more than the crew, but some instruction and intervention could have helped a lot. FYI. You have to go through passport control at the airport even if Iceland is not your final destination. Can be stressful when you have a short connection. They wait a little if the line is really crazy and it moves really fast but don’t doddle thinking you can go to your gate straight away. Also, you sometimes have to load a bus to be driven to your plane on the tarmac. You don’t want to hold this up either, or you can get some annoyed stares."

Pros: "This was our first flight with Iceland Air and we kind of looked forward to it. On the way oversease we were immediately rebooked onto Swiss Air, before arriving at the airport, because Iceland Air had a delay and knew we would miss our connecting flight to Germany. We were very impressed by this and very happy with Swiss Air, also. On the way back we liked the roomier plane and the relative punctuality of the flights. Our luggage arrived fine and quickly at the end destination, despite the short layover, which often leads to lost luggage."
Cons: "Our biggest complaint is that Iceland Air does not offer meals as part of your ticket on its flights. They expect you to upgrade (and pay) for 'economy comfort' in order to get the meals and seating included in most other regular economy tickets. I don't think that being on a 6.5 hour flight (and a 3.5 hour flight immediately before without chance of making puchases at the airport in between, due to their delay) without a meal being included in your ticket is acceptable practice. They had a meny from which you could purchase food, things like baguette with ham/cheese, salad, oatmeal, instant noodles etc. But the prices for these cheap cafeteria options were insane. From the cheapest ($7 for a small instant oatmeal) to $16 for a salad or small main course you would have to spend an additional 25-35$ per meal per person to get the usual airplane meal that all other airlines I know of include (2 per overseas flight). We did go hungry, eat candy, bought one little oatmeal and pretty much will avoid Iceland Air for that reason in the future. We thought it was outreageous to be asked to spend this amount of money or go without food for over 9 hours."

There were 260ish people with all their luggage creating a makeshift line that stretched into the next hall It blocked Singapore Airlines, Turkish Airlines (both were checking in their own flights) and a major passageway through the terminal. I don't know how hard it is to set up a monitor with a screensaver that says "IcelandAir" and cordon off some rope lines, but apparently it's pretty hard at CDG."

What the hell on arrival in the plane for half an hour keep a passenger or even more?

When I arrived to New York, I had to change terminals to get onto the flight to Boston. AA oversold the airplane tickets and even though I arrived 35 minutes before departure the airline didn't want to issue the boarding tickets to go through security because the plane was already full. I had to rent a car and drive Boston to be able to get to my family.

We are stuck on the tarmac. Landed on time but waiting now

They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"
Pros: "Boarding was good only because I skipped to the head of the line to get all the way to the back of the plane without having to wait in the aisles for others to get situated or hold anyone up (as no one was going further back than I). Staff was pleasant, did what they could with what they had. I was very happy that the back of the plane was not very full and I was able to lie down on the floor to nap for a couple of hours."

I was frustrated by the merry-go-round visual of our plane en route to our destination and wished I could have gotten the simple clear images that were being shown at the front of our cabin.
