Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.
Good. But not to serve tea/coffee during a 8-hour plus flight is bad.
I paid extra to have a seat with more leg room next to a door. Turns out that is next to the bathroom. Customers disrespected my space the entire trip by stepping on my feet and tripping over me. You need to do a better job defining the space! Others had leg room under the seat in front of them and then used my space as a lounge and waiting area. Never again!
Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.
It was a smooth flight both in the sky and landing!
Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.
Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.
As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
Expect Business Class seating to be 2 passengers per 3 coach seats, with center blocked. This is typical for flights within Europe on most airlines. Service was excellent!
