I always love to travel with Garuda. Staff are great. On time. Efficient. food and drinks plentiful. pillow and blanket. But there were no live demonstrations of safety. I honestly have no idea where my life jacket is. On the way to Bali we werw not made to put on seat belts , although we were on the way back. What I hated this time was the waking of passengers after 2 hours for breakfast when it was still dark. Not sure if i will travel back to Aus on that flight again . Being welcomed with a breakfast 2 hours after shutting my eyes in the dark was Horrible and left me jet lagged after only a short flight.

Very pleased. Very professional and organized. Very clean aircraft. Efficient boarding and even a snack.
Would not fly again. Everything is sub par. Honestly not worth the price we paid. Would have rather flown Jetstar and saved the money.
Friendly flight attendants, Did not care for the food. My headphones did not work because of a faulty jack at my seat.
Entertainment was poor at best. Very old movies and tv show and not really good ones .

I liked most things except the cabin was way too cold for most of the journey. I prepared by putting on long pants, shirt, jumper, shoes and socks. Still cold!
It’s been a while and I saw lot of improvement. Flight was on time, friendly air crew, good food and comfy leg room.
For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!

At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
