Pros: Crew on both our flights were very nice and accommodating.

Pros: Had the whole of 3 seats to myself. Was a fast and pleasant and direct flight. Flight attendants gave me the option to take the row. Nice of her.

Cons: Food selection and tastiness ... room for improvement.

Cons: ran out of the food i wanted. poor selection of food... screen on "tv" was too dark to see details

Pros: It was okay. I slept mostly. The crew was professional and friendly.

Cons: Even thought I got off a plane and direct to another I had to to go through security again. This meant I had no time to get any food or drink. I got to the new gate after boarding had started. Again, the flights were to close together.

Cons: I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that...

Pros: Great customer service. Gate agent was able to swap my flight for an earlier one.

Cons: Free high speed Wifi. More room / comfort

Cons: At the time at the gate did not allowed me even take my caryon bag with me, the staff was so rude an in an uncivilized manner start fighting with me ,I am a sinor person got very disrespected by your staff, I would like to bring a lawsuit against UA for what you did to me ,I wish an invitator from your office contantact me to explain everything,
