Terrible decision to take a night flight. Not enough time to sleep and premium seat has no foot rest ao couldn’t get comfortable!
Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.
Was on a Swoop plane. No wifi and no Westjet connect

Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather
Enjoyed the flights with Air Canada. Friendly, courteous staff and flight crew - kept us informed and efficiently got us boarded and to destination on time. Seats were reasonably comfortable and good room in the overhead spaces.
Cabin attendants Darren and Lea were the best I’ve seen Well done

Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.
All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊
flight was delayed, there was open communication about the delay the delay pushed way past the posted delay time and
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
was wondreful! just let me know what airline im flying in advance!
I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
