My husband required a wheelchair to get to the airplane and the service he received was exemplary. Thank you.
Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather
Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.
Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.
All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊
flight was delayed, there was open communication about the delay the delay pushed way past the posted delay time and
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays

I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
5 day of cancellations and errors. Several days due to weather and several due to broken planes. Nightmare
