More people for check in and boarding. I almost missed my flight because I showed up 50 mins before boarding not 60 mins. Pretty stressful.
It was really good. Excellent communication and care. I will definitely be flying Pacific Coastal again!

Decent entertainment although my wife was not offered any ear buds so couldn’t enjoy. Real issue was the appalling food. Presentation was unacceptable with cheap hard to open packaged bread, plastic cheese again in hard to open shrink wrap, main course in small cardboard box again hard to open, wooden utensils which lack substance making the whole experience poor. Surprised I didn’t cover myself or neighbour as the food moved all over the place. Breakfast calzone was dry and unappealing with the staff basically throwing them around. Very disappointed
Very short flight. No food or entertainment required. Nice crew. Flight left late.
Good, a bit cramped in the seat as my neighbour was a bit large
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Bad flight cancellations no notice until 11:00 pm could not call no response from them would not call back chat was not working had too book another flight ask for my money back so far only 97:00 of the 430:00 is pending in my account not sure what too do next
Westjet requires you to check in on your cellular. This takes about 5 minutes compared to when there were live humans doing check in. Ultimately the machine meant to spit out boarding passes and baggage tag went into the pinwheel of death. I also got a sternly worded email telling me I was ineligible to check bags, even though I’d checked one. The dude who eventually checked me in barely grunted at me and didn’t give me a baggage check. Had my luggage gone missing, I don’t know how it would have gone. And then there is the chaos as people jammed huge carry ons into small overhead bins. Westjet is a cattle car.
The back seats are crowded and at times uncomfortable. I guess that’s part of the price of paying less for a seat.
Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.
The flight itself was good, the departure process was a little chaotic but once on the plane it was fine. The carry on luggage amounts is ridiculous. My husband’s suitcase was left behind in Kelowna. We could see it sitting there with our airtag. It was put on the next plane 6 hrs later but it was not delivered until the next afternoon. Unfortunately we had a business meeting Friday morning so he had no change of clothing for that.
