Flight was late leaving. Charge for luggage which still has not arrived and will be delivered in a week.

Board from the back of the plane to the front - it just makes sense. Try it.

I’ve wasted 7 hours of my time because of the delayed. ;(

I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight

My outbound trip on Air Canada was cancelled due to the strike. I had to cancel my return flight after booking with other carriers.

Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.

Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help

Everything could have been better from the planes not being delayed to the rudeness of staff to it was just horrible will not use kayak again or Air Canada I can't see what would ever change my mind now
