Airport security advised to go BA office. They located the car seat in London. It never made the flight?! We arrived Wed and the car seat wasn't delivered until Friday. Again, no contact from anyone. I received a call from the courier when I was out. Overall, atrocious customer service from BA"

Boarding seemed awkward at the last since families and rest of seats load at one time at the last but still doable. I enjoyed my flight. Thank you."

Cons: "Flight was late and announcements were not understandable over the PA. While I understand that seats are made for the "average passenger" and at 5'2" I am on the very low end of that, seat was very uncomfortable with a metal bar higher than the seat cushion poking forward where the cushion met the seatback. The temperature was extremely variable and when my seat mates who did not speak English very well tried to flag a flight attendant down to get an extra blanket, the flight attendants actively ignored them, so I hit my assistance button and my light went on, then after some time it went off again without our being helped so I hit it again about 10 minutes later and my light went on again but was again ignored. Then the attendants started selling things from the flight magazine and looked the other way as they went by my hopeful beacon. When they finally did get to me, I got a curt "I'll see if there is anything I can do" and she went off, returning 5 minutes later with one blanket when there were two people. Later on I saw her give blankets to others, and I found that strange."

We requested an upgrade from gate crew and flight crew upon boarding but were told the flight was full even though multiple seats were available. Will not fly British Airways again."

They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!"

I was flying business class on flight TP059 on March 4 2018 and have Gold status on Star Alliance. Many passengers had declined dessert and I felt extremely embarrassed by having been denied food on a plane for the first time in my life. The attitude and lack of tact of Comissario Bruno on TP059 spoiled the whole flight experience for me."

Cons: "This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!"

So I got home 4 hours late, and two Easy Jet flights landed in London with empty seats. Even if the flight is fully booked, please implement a stand-by list so passengers in this common situation can fly in the place of no shows. The poor review is because of this failure and because Easy Jet got me home 4 hours late. Otherwise pleased."

Cons: "The delay and the fact I didn't have a seat because of overbook!"

Cons: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

Pros: "the plane was clean"
Cons: "Is it really necessary to charge for even water?"

Pros: "It was very efficient. I didn't expect such digital service. It was all self serve. There were plenty of people to help us though. Our bags were waiting for us in Stuttgart."
Cons: "They are very strict with the liquid rules. You can only bring one quart sized bag. We had to leave three items. They're not kidding!"

Pros: "Mostly one time and fit my budget"
Cons: "Asking passenger to fit the laptop bag in to the cabin baggage is ridiculous when you know that it will be taken out after boarding"

Pros: "Efficient bag check, efficient boarding, on time departure, smooth flight."

Pros: "The flight was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant! The flight was very smooth hardly any turbulence at all!"
Cons: "I was put in the awkward situation of trying to stuff my handbag in my carry on suitcase because apparently with eastJet you can only bring one bag on not even a small hand bag. Unfortunately my friend had a backpack and could not fit it in her carry on suitcase and we were then charged an additional £45. EasyJet should make it more clear that only one bag is allowed on the flight as many people were not aware of this and everyone had to open their bags and try to stuff everything into one bag. Unsure why this is a rule as most other airlines allow a carry on and a small handbag considering the space by my feet was empty because I had to shove my handbag/purse in my carry on which was stowed in the hold anyways because they did not have enough room for it. Very disappointed and will never book with EasyJet again."

Cons: "Updates saying flight delayed 1hr, then 22hrs, no-one at kiosks/bag drop can advise or check on flight....wait for customer service ...to be told flight is ontime & we had to run the length of the terminal. Otherwise ok."

Cons: "We rushed through the duty free shops because the sign said the gate was closing, but boarding had barely even started."

Pros: "Crew was pleasant"
Cons: "I am a normal sized tall person. 5'11" and I was so uncomfortable. My knees were against the seat in front of me. I felt like I was in a straight jacket. It was terrible! I really know that I can subject myself to that again at any cost."

Cons: "If you need to get from A to B and relatively cheaply this is the airline. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable. They get you for you bags so make sure to try and take as little as possible."

Pros: "It went fine. Did not have food though."

Pros: "Best part was the ability to get access to loung for a little bit extra... So worth it. Price reasonable. Seats same. Did not try food or entertainment."

Cons: "Boarding was terrible! Waited for over an hour between boarding area and airplane. Waited an hour to get an extra holding bag added to our flight. Customer service were lazy and untrained. The boarding announcement went from boarding to gate open to gate closed! We rushed to the boarding area to find out that we weren't boarding for another hour. TERRIBLE! Avoid Easyjet at all costs!"

Cons: "I booked an aisle seat because of medical issues and I need to get up often. When we got the plane I was in a middle seat for the 9 hour flight. There were no other seats available. I would not recommend this airline. You pay extra for everything and do not get what you pay for."
