Pros: "When we were unable to travel due to Corona Virus restrictions, Ethiopian gave us a full refund even though we had a non-refundable ticket, and they were lovely about it when they did it. A+, hope I'll get a chance to actually fly with them soon."

There is no need for two security checks when making connections in Addis. Plane loos were all very stinky and dirty. I now remember why I had stopped using ET!"

Cons: "Boarding was slow. The food is the worst I've had on an international flight. Flight crew is often not responsive and brusque. The recline on my wife's seat was broken."

Cons: "Once in Abidjan, it became a mess. First we were left waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Then we were told that we had to retrieve our baggage and then recheck them. Hardly anyone spoke English so that was a long and confusing ordeal."

Cons: "2 separate incidents. One, a fight between passengers at ththe check in desk that spilled over before staff could resolve incident. Then at security, after immigration, no cues. Minimal staff overseeing the process. No organization. Early"

Cons: "The security line was very long and one security monitor check person was holding up the line - taking her time. Even the othe security people at the gate were trying to push her along. Most of the people getting on this flight had a short layover time. Escape ially with the previous flight being late."

Pros: "When I originally booked this trip it was with one connection and a 16 hour commute time. They added legs to my trip which significantly increased travel time. I tried to cancel my flight because I booked the flight with the necessity of arriving by specific days and times and they insisted on charging me for it so I just forfeited my seat and trip all together. There's nothing good to say about Ethiopian airlines."

Cons: "They almost didnt let me on the plane after THEY messed up by not including my ticket number on my ticket. I had to call my parents in Washington DC from Nairobi, have them drive out to Dulles airport and work it out at the Ethiopian office there to give the OK for me to get checked in in Nairobi. The whole process took about four hours and three managers all while I was stewing, worried I wouldnt make it on my flight."

Cons: "On both flights. From Tel Aviv to Addis Ababa and from Addis Ababa to Tel Aviv my seat would not recline. These were night flights and the seat in front of me did recline. so it was a very unpleasent experiance"
