EVA canceled me out of the return flight from Manila to Spokane so we had to rebook and repay. Very unprofessional!! Still have not returned home!!
It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!

Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.
As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back
The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.
My flight got Delayed due to the airline. The attending Crewe in Montreal were not super helpful and I arrived 13 1/2 hours late from my original arrival time. Air Canada lost my luggage, they stated they booked me a hotel room overnight at no fee, however when I arrive to the hotel, there was no reservation. It also took me three different attempts to get the hotel, even covered by Air Canada as they were arguing that they were not responsible for this, despite it having been delayed due to the airline. Overall, the service was very very poor and what should’ve been a short five hour trip turned into a 13 1/2 hour saga with me, spending a night in a random airport overnight due to Air Canada’s errors, and searching for my luggage until 2 o’clock in the morning. I will never fly Air Canada again.
$2600 for the flight with food then not even a dog will eat specially breakfast
Air canada charged me for a carry on bag that I did not have.
Our connection flight was cancelled due to the crew being detained in customs for drug trafficking. Ruining my last two days of vacation because they cancelled the rebooked flight too. Worst experience of my life, i want my money back because nobody can give me back those days and reservations i had planned for 6 months.
Original flight was canceled by Air Canada and next day they re scheduled and paid by hotel and taxi cost, but it just so tired for waiting and I have some school exam that I couldn't prepare it at all.
Crew are excellent. I wish they have personal care kit on board
Honestly the flight itself was okay, but the food and drink was so subpar it made me not want to fly with Air Canada again!
Meet my expectations and I’m happy I choose sir Canada
Due to mechanical problems our flight was cancelled after several hours. We spent many hours sitting on the aircraft with no air conditioning until being allowed to disembark. Initially the aircraft was deemed air worthy but after several more hours sitting onboard in 100 degree heat the flight was eventually cancelled. Air Canada employees were able to reschedule our return trip direct to Seattle on a different airline. This required us traveling to South Korea and waiting nearly 18 hours before our 10 hour flight. This will probably be the last flight with Air Canada.
