EVA! What is going on with your food!?!? Pre pandemic I used to go to Taiwan at least twice a year and always flew EVA — the food was consistently tasty for airplane food. Post pandemic, it’s not great at all. Step it up!

Excellent service from check in to boarding the crew is so pleasant to asked

Flight staff were very courteous and efficient. Aircraft (seats, lavatories, etc) was kept clean and replenished

I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

The flight attendants should be nicer, on my first flight I told them I’d prefer a veggie meal sometimes and then she began to lecture me about it, it was a late flight and I wanted an easy digestion meal so that I can sleep quickly. The meals were abit odd, breakfast on my last flight had eggs, oatmeal and fish, did not taste good at all, strange combination. The economy seats are very tight and crowded, not comfortable at all. Overall for the price I paid I thought I was going to get more.

seats are pitched well. you don't feel too tight.

Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.

Movie selection was not as good as recent flights I've taken (EVA and other airlines).

Very smooth flight. Superb crew, great food and service. Slept most of the way. Excellent airline.

the delay for 3 hours was understandable due to weather conditions but the flight should’ve provided some on flight compensations or at least provide more food.

They changed my seats after I checked in and I was stressed from the time I saw that information until just before boarding, when the gate attendant fixed it, but it shouldn't have happened. And if it couldn't be prevented, then the people on the phone I spoke with should have done something to help, which they did not, nor did they offer me compensation, just meaningless apologies.

Flight was actually on Air Canada. The flight itself was fine. Nothing special. Food was pretty pathetic except for cookies. They offered plenty of food and drinks but just wasn't very good. Even for airline food.

Boarding experience was smooth. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. Entertainment system on the Houston-Edmonton flight did not function for passengers on the left side of the aisle. On the bird's eye flight from Quito to Houston, they should not serve a meal. No one needs to eat after midnight and it is disturbing for those passengers trying to sleep.

Flight was late as pilot crew had to land at different airport in their previous flight. Passengers boarded and had to wait for pilots inside plane. Series of incomplete and unnecessary announcements by an annoying voice, rather than complete, informative announcements.

Delay and keep changing gates. I have to run around from B to C then to E.

Boarding was a little difficult. The gate area at O'Hare was very small and crowded due to multiple gates in the area. Could not hear the intercom, so had to rely on signage to see when my group was boarding and the signage was blocked by passengers standing in the gate. Flight was great and we arrived in Montreal on time.

My suitcase was completed destroyed. The top part is broken and unusable now.

When I booked it on Kayak it aaid that I wasn't allowed hamd luggage. I called United Airlines and it took them 6 minutes to figure out if I was allowed free hand luggage. Surely something that simple they should be able to tell me instantly.

I do prefer to fly United and have always had excellent service, except for bad weather. Flights are on time and staff is alway curtious and helpful

Liked getting into Milan at 10 AM. Also ok to get into LAX at 9:35 pm. - less traffic driving home. Layover a bit long - say 3-4 hours each way. Montreal airport kind of grim these days. Would lose the duty free area. Think art versus advertising. Maybe local shops and food spots. And keep layover short - like 1 hour on Finnair in Helsinki.

Upgraded to sit at the exit door so good leg room.

I had a good experience. I liked being informed about the status of my luggage

Orderly boarding. The flight to Montreal was difficult to get to on time, but had help from staffer.

The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.

My light was not working, I requested a meal without carrots( due to an allergy). It was not provided, so during the 13 hour flight, I was only able to consume bread and a small fruit cup. The air host was not helpful at all.

Wow! Both way we came in in advance! Now that's a first with AC!

In-seat entertainment was great. Gluten free food options were very good and they gave a lot of food.

Staff was very courteous and kept things organized. We will definitely use Air Canada for further travel

I am very tall. All airline seats are a bit uncomfortable.
