The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

I will avoid this airline as much as possible. Service was rude, and I don’t think the crew knew how to answer a CALL LIGHT. I pushed my call light on the ohare to Istanbul and the Istanbul to Thailand flight because I was very very thirsty. NO ONE CAME. I pushed it twice! NO ONE CAME! Why have a call light when no one will come? My experience was the WORSE AND I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. The cabin crew needs to learn MANNERS AND BE RETRAINED on their jobs on how to be helpful and kind instead of being short with their customers and ANSWER CALL LIGHTS! I honestly wouldn’t be suprised this airline goes out of business.

Pathetic flight. No inflight entertainment and seats were very cramped

No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.

I found it okay. Did not think the food was that great. And the service could have been better. Seat was a little cramped. Delay getting to Istanbul made me rush all the way across the airport to get to the connection. This was a not good experience.

Em relação a Ryanair, ter de ir ao check-in só para carimbar o cartão de embarque não foi muito fácil, são muito demorados, e atrasam a passagem do controlo de passaporte... E cheguei com 2 horas de antecedência

O voo atrasou um bom bocado A tripulação não era comunicativa,não fez vendas... Não abordava os passageiros... A 1°vez que me acontece tal coisa 🤷‍♀️

I hate Ryanair and have decided never to fly with them again, they treat you like animals on the way to slaughter and they never take responsibility for their errors and lousy service.

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

Coach seats are too tight. Seem designed for small people. Food different but OK. Staff helpful.

As expected for a BA long haul flight in economy - you get what you pay for. Good leg space, in flight entertainment and food and drink provided. Staff on the return flight (overnight) we're a bit brisk and just wanted to get everyone fed and watered before turning the lights down. We're vegetarian so ordered it separately through the booking, although when we were in flight we realised there was a normal and vegetarian option anyway, and we were given vegan. This is fine, however on the return trip we were told there were no more specially ordered meals left, so be aware in case you have specific dietary requirements.

TIRED OLD plane. Seat cushion is completely old and NOT cushion at all; after an hour of flying butt hurts. Boarding is a complete disaster. No one respects the boarding groups, and the BA boarding crew care less about boarding groups or Tier status. What is the point of spending all this money on Business Class tickets when no one respects the boarding system? It took 90 minutes since we landed to get our luggage. 20 minutes to show on the screen which belt we are supposed to go to and another 1 hour to get our luggage - not the kind of service you will expect from BA at LHR

The crew were great. The comfort and food was terrible, worst I have experienced in recent times and I fly a lot. It was like a refrigerator in the back and even with 4 blankets could not get comfortable. Seats are very tight and with the electronic box under the aisle seats, there was no legroom. BA did a bait and switch on the price, lowballing the price and then requiring add ons, like paying for a checked bag. While common on domestic flights, I have never had to pay for the first bag flying intercontinentally. Also, no “choice “ of seating at check in. There was not a single other free option. I could pay to choose a seat in the same row. I have never had this happen either.usually, at check in, you have a choice (I.e. free) on other airlines of what is not occupied in your section. I will never never fly BA again. Too bad, since the crew were some of the best with the best attitudes I have experienced.

The flight was late and we missed our connection because of that

The flight and the staff was excellent. Only bad thing is no entertainment and you have to pay for anything other than water.

Crew was great. Flight was quick . BUT boarding was outside, down and up steps w carryon. Upon arrival we were on tarmac for 45 minutes due to no buses for terminal, more than 30 of us missed our connection. Exhausting.

No priority boarding - all passengers used the business class lane

While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

The service was terrible. We weren’t allowed to take water on the flight and the drinks were offered only at the end of the meal. When we used the button to call the flight attendants, they never showed up and when my daughter’s drink was spilled due to turbulences, she asked for something to clean her pants at least 4 times and eventually they gave her a tissue. The flight attendants were rude and overall the flight was terrible!

Good but your male staff should be more appreciative of customers. After all you are making a lot of monies from Nigerians.

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition

Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.
