The flight attendants were very helpful, efficient and courteous in helping everyone!

I love the comfortable business class seats. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.

Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.

If I had blood clots, that window seat would've killed me for certain.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

We requested special assistance and Cathay Pacific provided it in Sydney, but we were completely forgotten about in Hong Kong - when we really needed the help to catch our connecting flight. Really disappointing service.

The staff were excellent considering it was a jam packed flight. We had to wait nearly an hour for our baggage to appear on the carousel. That was a real shame.

I didn't like that my wife and I had different experiences in the check-in process. We did not book our flights together. My wife had a default seat selection as a window seat whereas my seat defaulted to a middle row, middle seat selection. Why wouldn't I have the option to have a free seat at a window? Is it because my algorithm knows that I'll end up paying for the upgrade?

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The crew were not friendly or welcoming, which made the flight less pleasant. Our flight was delayed, and we almost missed our connecting flight because of it. To make matters worse, the gate number shown on the digital ticket was incorrect, causing unnecessary confusion and stress before departure. Overall, the lack of accurate information and poor customer service made this a frustrating travel experience.

I have flown this route before, so far they have been unable to depart on time, then my connecting flight was canceled, likely due to this vs fake mechanical issues

My entertainment system was not working for the entire trip. I notified the flight attendant but nothing was changed. I did not get chance to have any movie for entertainment for the entire 13 hrs trip.

Cancelled flight, had to rearrange plans independently and no vouchers offered

My experience was good. On my return my screen had a glitch but the movie, show and internet options were good. Seats were comfortable, as comfortable as a plane could get in economy. Friendly service. Only complaint would be high price.

Not the greatest. Our initial flight to Tokyo got cancelled due to mechanical issues, which was unfortunate however they worked quickly to get us on another flight and refunded my seat ticket. We flew with Air Canada back home and it was not a good flight. The crew never gave us our second meal and I was awake the whole flight so I know they did not come by. The flight itself was rocky and seats were uncomfortable. In general, for an international flight, I do not think it is fair that we have to pay extra to pick our own seats. I’ve been on many international flights and always had the option to pick my seat during the booking or at online check-in. Furthermore, if the airline is going to automatically pick your seat, it should seat groups together instead of seating them apart. If I already pay thousands of dollars for a flight, I should have this option included.

I cancelled my flight in March and have been waiting for 3 months for the refund. Both flights have taken off and returned now and still no refund.

great flights both ways on time both ways.staff(ladies) where great at check-in.

Almost missed boarding, mass line up made me be the last person. Wish the announcement was more loud, didn’t hear what seats or zones were ready. Being last also made finding space for my roller bag. Fortunately the flight attendants made it work!
