A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight."

Cons: "I don't think I have ever rated any service negatively, but here's my first. TAP completely ruined my birthday trip that I have saved up for a long time for. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM! I had a valid Schengen tourist visa issued by the Consulate of Portugal. At the time of visa issuance, the printer of the Consulate was not functioning, so part of the visa information was hand-written, but it was properly signed and stamped. The Consulate told me it's valid and said they have been doing so for ten years. The Consulate also said that they, not the airlines, have the sole authority to determine the validity of the visa. When I went to the airport to check in with TAP, TAP staff denied me boarding because they did not believe my visa was valid. I only learned later that this action was inconsistent with TAP's own internal policies. The staff at the kiosk told me that I could either ask for a refund or rebooking of the ticket. But when I called TAP the next day, I was told I could not get a refund even though they should not have denied me boarding. I called TAP many times and got a different answer each time. They simply refuse to compensate me for their own mistake. It's the most horrible travel experience I've ever had!"
Cons: "This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!"

Pros: "Plane from Milan to Lisbon was dirty. Tray tables were filthy the toilet was disgusting as though it had not been cleaned in ages. No in flight entertainment. Only had magazine for purchasing products duty free. Had a difficulty time checking in. Over 1 and 15 mins for check in and we were about the 7th party in line. Agent spent over 15 mins with 3 of the people ahead of us. 2 sections of airport for checking in with TAP be aware and make sure you are at the open check in area.. Aware after about 15 mins that we must be in the wrong section. Then had to pay extra to go through security to get our flight. We arrived 2-1/2 hours prior to plane departure at the airport."
Pros: "I didn't get the fast track invitation while I am a gold member"
Pros: "Nothing. Example - I asked the crew to clear my plates and they kept saying they’d come back to do it (3 different people refused) because I had a salad from outside. The guy sitting in the aisle next to me eventually cleared it."

Cons: "We didn’t fly and we paid extra money to fly on 8-3-2019. We arrived one hour and five minute before and the crew refused to check us in and said we should be there at least one hour and half. Very very poor service,i will never fly with RAM."

Pros: "The flight out of JFK to Casablanca was on time and checking in was extremely fast. We flew out and arrived early. The plane itself was very clean and organized, and was mostly empty, giving me enough space to have two seats for myself."
Cons: "The entertainment center (screen) stopped an hour before the plane landed. I was in the middle of watching The Greatest Showman, so that was pretty rude. Other than that it was great."

Cons: "Both of the aircraft I took today were substandard. Parts were missing and broken. The staff on the first was surly. The check-in process was a mess. Why print zones on a boarding card when RAM never uses zones? No announcements in the boarding area. And on and on. Worst airline I've ever flown on. And I've flown on more than a hundred. You can't expect people to visit if you can't provide the professional service they deserve. Also..., what's with Moroccan security? Why should I have to clear customs for national flights?"

Cons: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

There was probably in flight entertainment for devices, but not seat back. The food was kind of gross: there appeared to be some very tough chicken in my beef."

Cons: "We started boarding late at Casa's airport and then it was done in the messiest way possible with no row calls. It therefore lasted much longer than it should have and we left late, as we often do we RAM."

My friend and I unboarded the flight extremely hungry and had to find breakfast on the street in a new country while waiting for a train from casablanca to marrakesh. Also, my friend's brandnew suitcase was damaged when we received it at the casablanca airport as it was missing a wheel."

Pros: "I was happily surprised that on a short flight they served an entire meal. And then as we arrived in Morocco and were preparing for a 12 hour layover, we were informed there was accommodations for us, where we weee fed lunch and dinner and enjoyed a nice long nap! Amazing!"

It was a stressful experience and I do not understand why the usual steps of asking for voluntary transfers and offering compensation were simply skipped over."

Pros: "Boarding was quick, information was accurate, and the crew was courteous and friendly. The JFK-outbound Dreamliners are great with individualized entertainment. Food wasn't anything to write home about but no worse than any other airline."

Cons: "The customer service. They ignore you when you want to escalate issues to a manager, they are agressive in treatment. They cancelled all of my flight legs because I missed an intermediate flight leg and did not notify me. I found out at the airport when I was about to take my last leg. I understand some airlines have policies around no shows but this airline did not have the decency to even notify me of the cancellation so I could plan around it."
Pros: "The food was decent for airline food and there was an empty seat next to me so I had plenty of room on the flight."

Pros: "The transit service was very nice. The free hotel service was also very nice while in transit. Overall it was great first time experience as I was a bit hesitant to fly with RAM at first, but the flight went smooth."

Cons: "AirMaroc provided midocre service. The plane was old and outdated. There was ABSOLUTELY NO in flight entertainment. They had the big TV screens hanging from the top of the plane but no movies were played (on the way there and back). They changed my flight time twice from when I bought the flight to when I left, which disrupted my whole travel planes when arriving to Montreal. In addition, the night before my departure they emailed me stating that my flight had been canceled. When i called costumer service, they stated that they had no idea what I was talking about. The company is disorganized. The plane was full to capacity and as a result my whole party (5) was not stead together nor were there any attempt to fix that for us even when we asked several employes. Overall, i would not fly or recommend Royal AirMaroc"
