Our connection flight was cancelled due to the crew being detained in customs for drug trafficking. Ruining my last two days of vacation because they cancelled the rebooked flight too. Worst experience of my life, i want my money back because nobody can give me back those days and reservations i had planned for 6 months.
Terrible!!! We did not get the seats we bought!!! Therefore the trip was not comfortable and we will not buy airline tickets through Kayak ever again!
Other airlines offer free wifi to business class customers, Air Canada does not
We had a long walk from one gate to the other. The busnessclass was full and we could not get seats together.
Liked getting into Milan at 10 AM. Also ok to get into LAX at 9:35 pm. - less traffic driving home. Layover a bit long - say 3-4 hours each way. Montreal airport kind of grim these days. Would lose the duty free area. Think art versus advertising. Maybe local shops and food spots. And keep layover short - like 1 hour on Finnair in Helsinki.
I did the online check-in as soon as it opened, including all the required info. When I got to the airport to drop off the luggage, Air Canada system wasn't finding my PR card info, which took a long time to resolve. Every time I fly with Air Canada, there is always some technical glitch.
The plane seats were very uncomfortable, hardly any padding left and very narrow, Makes a long oversea flight very difficult. The food is served with minimal space so its hard to eat. They really need to have planes with more room for overseas!
On the departing flight, the boarding agent requested that we check our carryon luggage as the plane is full. What I found unfair, the passengers behind us were permitted to bring their carryon luggage on board. Also interesting the bulkhead above our seats and for the entire section of the airplane were empty. This caused a delay in meeting our driver at Fimucino airport as we waited 30-45 min to pickup our luggage from the carousel.
Our baggage didn’t make it to IAD even with a four hour lay over in Montreal. Very irritating!
There were repeated delays, which were always longer than announced. We sat on the plane for over an hour in Milan and over an hour in Montreal. We ended up arriving over 3 hours late. We missed the connecting flight and then, contrary to their stated policy, they re-booked me for not the next available flight, but an even later flight. Many of the movies shown on the monitor were not actually available and would quit before starting. The crew was nice, but there was no attempt to do something extra to make up for things. For example, they could have provided free wifi. I will try to avoid flying Air Canada in future.
It was a good flight , only problem they left my Koffer at Frankfort and it took another 24 hours to get it at Leipzig that was my final destination
I've yet to be on an Air Dolomiti flight that hasn't been delayed, but other than that I've really enjoyed flying with them
The business class seats are very narrow for the cost

The airplane, although a very new model, does not offer a standard outlet plug, so when my computer battery died after 2 hours, that was it. It seems bizarre that they would offer only USB outlets.
The flight leaving mxp was late I lost connection in ORD Changing flight was hectic and messy, overnight and meals vouchers very poor
Everything was great except the boarding process is very disorganized (especially for a German company). The pre boarding lounges were average at best. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!
The turn time for a connecting flight from Europe to the US was only 40 minutes. We had to run through the airport, wait in passport control and the barely made the flight. Also, were were told at the counter that the maximum carryon weight was 9KG and were forced to check our two carryon. When we got to the gate, the size allowable was 11KG. Both checked pieces did not make the connection and are delayed two days. This all happened because of the 40 minute landing to takeoff time difference. When I asked the counter people about this being too tight, they said Lufthansa has a problem with this as it happens all the time.
Forced me to check my bag and the lost it. Uncomfortable seats No charging capability in under-seat outlet USB charge was incredibly slow Video entertainment was slow and unresponsive Drinks were tiny half-filled glasses, even coke.
They did not let me get on the plane because to enter Korea I had to have the K-eta which I did not have, I did and it arrived 45 minutes after the plane took off. Because you cannot check in through the web page nor do you notify me of the document. If they had let me get to Munich. I would have been able to complete my trip and not have missed the flight to South Korea
The flights & staffs were great. However, Frankfurt passport control was terrible: long line, unsupportive airport staff, I would have missed the flight to SFO had not my fellow travelers let me get to the head of the line. An hour and 40 min connection time is way too optimistic for getting into (out of) Schengen area. A 3 hour layover time would be safer but not without some stress.
The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.
Internet was advertised in-flight but not accessible. The foot rest in premium economy was stuck. For both nobody I asked was able to provide an answer/solution. However, this will not stop me from booking premium economy again, which I upgraded from my initial economy I had booked for my outbound flight YYZ to FRA.
Take off was not good, too hot inside the plane and seats are beyond uncomfortable.
The return flight, the food was better. Didn't like that even at checkin we still had to pay when only 5 seats were available. Had to pay or would be stuck in the very middle between two others. I had to pay for an aisle and a middle seat. Both were considered prime seats but the two other middle ones were not.
There was one flight attendant who was exceptionally rude about the fact that they didn’t have any meatless options left when I told her I was a vegetarian. The boarding process was a bit disorganized and unclear but everything else was very good.
I missed my connection in Frankfurt and was booked to another flight to New York. Different destination and got downgraded from Business Class to economy. No Support from Condor at all. Very Bad experience
Flight 1.5 hours late; missed connection. Ground support for rebooking inadequate to the point of ridiculousness.
The flight from Saskatoon to Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to the airline strike. Condor, as the main operator, did not inform us. We found out that information just when we arrived at Saskatoon airport. Fortunately, we had enough time to drive to Calgary airport and catch the flight to Frankfurt. We couldn’t claim compensation for the missing flight because nobody takes responsibility for this situation. When we tried to contact BudgetAir, they redirected us to Condor, and Condor redirected us to WestJet. WestJet keeps saying that they are not responsible for the ticket that was bought from a third-party company.
The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.
