For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Very bad, flight was cancelled due to strike and staff was unable to rebook us
Air Canada is my new fave airline..I plan to use when I can. No complaints at all just rave compliments for the staff and airline.

Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for
All good but I could barely get my arms and legs into the room in front of me. Have never been so cramped before. Plane left the gate on time, taxied very quickly and took off without waiting. Unique. Arrival on time. No problem
I booked my flight months ago, and checked-in online about 12 hours before the flight. I received an email confirmation of check-in. I had no subsequent communication from Air Canada after my original booking. After arriving at the airport three hours before the flight, as instructed, I waited 90 minutes for an agent to appear to check my bag. I was informed that my flight had been canceled many weeks before, and that flight was no longer being run!! I showed a copy of my check-in confirmation, but no explanation could be found. I was placed on standby for the next flight and the connection. Luckily, those flights were not full and I arrived at my destination. I double checked my email, but I received no update about the flight from Air Canada until the day of the flight.

I am very tall. All airline seats are a bit uncomfortable.
