Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Late boarding, had to check the bag, had to wait forever when landed in the plane
Cons: poor customer service.
Pros: The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.
Cons: no TV or other entertainment options so make sure to bring your own device or a book.
Cons: You are considered as a robber but it is inscribe nowhere you don’t have luggage
Pros: Food and a good cabin crew on Brussels Air.

Pros: The flight was adequate.
Cons: Sandwich was extremely unappetising and there were no hot drinks. The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
Pros: The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean.
Cons: The difference here is that in a 9 hour flight you want to keep hydrated. Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?

Pros: Service was great. Seats were spacious and comfortable. Smooth plane ride.

Cons: It’s a crowded plane with tiny seats. The passengers in my row who had not been able to bathe did not make the 5 hours go by quickly.

Cons: They didnt say any information to the passengers who had connecting flights. No one us that all passengers with connecting flight need to check out their luggages and check it in again. Now my luggage is lost..
Pros: Plane landed at 1511, at Gate at 1525 (a bit slow), I'm through customs (only 50 people in line?!) and at the baggage carousel at 1535 (long legs) and my bag is already there waiting for me!! I'm outside having a smoke at 1538! How do they do it?
