The crew were friendly, dressed professionally and helpful when needed. The food was good to very good. The seats were comfortable and entertainment selections were excellent. For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.

The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity
I have a very good experience flighting with emirates. All my expectations were fit well.
More than two hours delay I could not do my tax refund because of the delay to check in They lost my luggage
The food was pretty good and the crew were excellent. It would have been excellent all round but for screaming children. Six hours at least of a 10 hr flight. Mostly 1 child clearly on the spectrum and probably ADHD but I really felt for the parents and grandparents who were obviously struggling and doing the best they could under the circumstances. No reflection on the airline of course and we all need to be more tolerant with these challenges . Slept for 15 hrs when I got home.
The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.
Everything was good but I think food choices could've been better
Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.
On time take off and early arrival, what else can one want
It was so uncomfortable for 14 straight hours it was torture
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic
Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible

Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse
My flight was delayed by a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
It had weird outlets to connect to the entertainment. I wasn’t willing to pay for earbuds, so I read captions throughout the movies. The second security check and customs almost made us miss the flight. We thought we would be going through customs in Phoenix.
Flight was delayed a few times but that is just something that can happen. We were glad we had a long layover before our next flight.
As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!
It was all a very positive experience. Look forward to the return trip.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.
Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto
Although check in crew at the counter was helpful, gate agents were not forthcoming with delays and eventual need for overnight stay at Toronto. No voucher was issued for the delay and promised that Toronto crew will take care of us with vouchers for hotel stay, food and transportation to md from the airport. Toronto gate agents pointed to customer service who flatly refused. I will never fly Air Canada again
We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.
Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we finally got to Montreal at 9PM, instead of Houston where we were supposed to be. Several flights we could of got on and fixed our situation were nixed as they wouldn’t put us on a plane w/o our bags, but when they finally canceled our original plan they easily located and relabeled our bags. No one seemed to care.
