Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
The boarding experience was chaotic. I was group 2. Immediately after calling group 2 they immediately called groups 3 & 4. There was no benefit to being group 2 as I was boarding after people in group 4.

After sitting on plane for 7+ hours, flight was canceled. And to makes matters worse, my suitcase is in baggage hell!
The flight was delayed and we were told the airplane is on its way to the gate from the hangar. We were told this for 2 hours and the flight was continually delayed in ~30 minute increments. Then we ended up having a new airplane. The issue wasn’t clearly communicated and it left everyone feeling confused about when we would actually be leaving. Whenever they communicated a new boarding time it felt arbitrary and random. The boarding process was a mess and disorganized, which made it last longer than necessary. Landing was rough. Seats were uncomfortable.

Our seats were better than i had anticipated. They provided nice pillows and blankets as well as a kit with ear plugs, sleep mask and headphones which made the long haul flight better. Their food selection and service was good. I appreciated that they came through the cabin with water a few times. We were ahead of schedule which was nice!
The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.
- OK plane. Basic accommodations. OK food. The digital window shade wasn't working. - Expect to be woken up more than an hour before landing when they start dinging the bell and making announcements and turning on all cabin lights to serve a snack. I would prefer they remain quiet and only serve people who want to wake up.
This flight was cancelled at the last minute. We were rebooked on another flight but a day later. We lost a day of our vacation and paid for a night in a hotel we couldn’t use. The flights we were rebooked on (both American) messed up our seating on both flights-we didn’t get the seats we had paid for. All in all, a terrible experience.
Excellent! Great flight attendants, good food (in business class, at least), very comfortable. Touchscreen and remote wasn’t great.
Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage.
The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!
Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!
Quick boarding Clean aircraft Departure delayed but landed early Evening wrap was very good, breakfast was okay.
I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened
Great and pleasant service and smooth flight with wonderful and clean amenities.
No entertainment available on flight. Seating too cramped fir an average adult.
