Not bad. We had preboarding tickets but the preboarding was badly managed. We lined up behind all the parents with little kids etc and when we got to the front of the line the attendant deliberately turned away from us and ignored us until I asked to be allowed to go to the gate. She started telling us that we had to wait until I told her we had preboarding then she let us through.

Flight was late and has 12 hours transit time instead of 1.3 hours.

Business class was roomy and comfortable however, the entertainment screen was very dark and hard to see.

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.

The United Airlines crew that operated this flight was subpar. They didn’t

It was good service. The very low economic seats where not comfortable

They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad

We had a 1 1/2 hour delay before we left Denver. When we arrive to Frankfort, they didn’t announce that people with connecting flights to exit the plane first. My next flight was already boarding when we we taxiing in to the gate. I waited another 10 minutes to get off the plane. I had to run to catch my next flight. I mean run! I made it with one minute to spare, but my luggage did not. My luggage came two hours later on a different flight.

Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
