I love flying DELTA it's my favorite airline to fly I love the staff the flight attendants and most importantly the safe flights that the pilots bring every time!!!! period!! My experience has been beautiful every time....I hope the good standards will always be kept

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

I just can’t understand why are you sell to many tickets ???? We had to wait 2 hours before 13 people from our flight take money and go to next day flight!

I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!

Boarding started almost 20 minutes late with no explanation. Then the take off was delayed by 15 minutes with no update or explanation from the captain which was very stressful because I had a connecting flight with a very short layover. The The flight tracker on the screen at my seat was for a different flight and the QR code for the menu did not work. I asked for Sun Chips which were shown as harvest cheddar flavor on the website but the ones they gave me were salsa and I'm allergic to tomatoes and I couldn't eat them. The flight to Tulsa was okay but there was no Wi-Fi or entertainment on board which would have been nice to know

I was flying from nyc jfk home to Miami and I used a flight credit from delta since they destroyed my bag earlier that year. On this return flight I landed retrieved my bag and noticed when I got home that delta ripped a hole in my bag and got one of my belongings caught up wrapped around the wheel of my Tumi bag!!! Oh and now their policy says they won’t replace it.

The crew in Chile was late to open the counter to check in. It was the longest check in ever. But they were pleasant and thorough. Food was great going to Chile, coming back to USA was pretty bad. All the airplane crew were great.

Very crowded, unorganized, people pile up to the gate before their seat is called. Becomes a cluster. Why not board first and premium then start main cabin from the back?

I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

I understand why there was a 40 minute delay, but we should have been offered snacks during that time. We weren’t offered it until later.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.

I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.

I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up

I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks

in the front - higher class of business - sitting in the same seat (with one empty in the middle) is not acceptable any more. need the business class to be as we paid for.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.

Everything could have been better. Check-in was the worst. Staff was extremely slow for checking in. They were easily spending 10-15 minutes for every passenger. I almost missed my flight because there was huge line at Immigration also.
