Super flight. On time departure and arrival. Very good service. Luggage arrival at DXB was a little delayed but you can’t have everything the very best :)
The plane seemed pretty old and the food was not good
Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. The food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.
Amazing and great experience, crew was available and took great care of my parents. Food was nice and so was the service. Aircraft from Dubai to Mumbai was not so great and was a big showdown of the aircraft service
The food was amazing on our flight. So many options for movies and shows to stay entertained for 12 hours.
I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity
Meals were delicious, however I got hungry between dinner and breakfast.

Everything was good but I think food choices could've been better
Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!
I wish I knew in advance that the connecting flight was by indigo air
I appreciated the vailability of wheelchair services for persons with mobility issues all the way up to the aircraft. What could be better would be the food choices.

My baggage is lost. Flight cancelled, Rebooked ticket through long routes. Mental stress, emotional hurt
I would love the entertainment center to be updated with more content. The flight to Doha had more options than the one to Miami
I purchased Qatar airways after seeing ads about its service. To my surprise Qatar is marketing gimmick and horrible airlines which I don’t recommend to anyone Flight was dirty including flight from Miami to Doha And Doha airport restrooms are dirty On top of this they use this pathetic cheap indigo From Doha to Hyderabad which I will never fly Also they lost one of my baggage in Indigo and still waiting to receive it. I will never travel Qatar and will never recommend
Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.
Boarding was orderly, staff at the counter were friendly and so as most of the staff in the flight. Room for some improvement in entertainment, but overall very good flight.
Nothing I knew what I was getting into ; no complaints when on string budget
Seat electronics kept failing (as in absolutely nothing worked) - crew re-set it multiple, but didn’t move me until finally three quarters of the way into the flight - abysmal. Entertainment options are plentiful, but a number of expected movies were missing (did an SQ flight 3 days later and expected titles were on SQ) - does Qatar sensor what they show?
