C$ 677 Find cheap flights from Montreal to Tangier

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Perfect although it took an hour to board the plane but other than that it was great

The flight crew was good, the flight itself was quick and comfortable

I needed to add "Special Request" meal for myself and my trveling companion,and I ended up having to call their Customer Service. It took a while to get through but eventually I connected with a very proffessional and nice representative who took my request. In the middle of the conversation we were disconnected , as I was trying to all back, the TAP representative actually called me back and confirmed the special request for meals....he called me back from Portugal ! I was absolutely amazed,because that does not happen here in the USA. Perhaps some of the other airlines can learn from TAP's Customer Service. TAP's website at times can be difficult ,such as adding my TSA number. Ended up having it added at the TAP desk at the airport.

Great travel. Only issues were rude passengers, sorry to say.

There was no extra leg room as stated on the ticket and no foot rest. Do not pay extra for seats In Economy Plus, not worth the cost.

This was a full flight in an ancient plane. The seats were tight and uncomfortable.

TAP needs to allocate gates at airport. Boarding and disembarking using buses is tortures in hot weather.

Pretty good flights! If they can let y u s know regarding delays by announcing it in the PA system it would be a good business practice!

3 hours late, came at my final destination without any of my luggage.

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.

The head of the flight attendants was very rude and impolite and insisted to know my nationality on flight while I had my Can passeport! against all rules!

I spent 4 hours untill get my bags no food no entertainment on the flight

Adequate. Served our purpose of getting there safely. Nothing to rave about. Decent value for the amount paid

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds

Nothing. Everything, the service the delayed plane and communications to passengers, the boarding, the food access before flight, no aircon on the plane until high altitudes and super long wait for baggage claim with no direction on tv signs.
