The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.

The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm.The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. Gary & Nancy Moughtin

My flight was delayed three times then eventually cancelled the next flight was the following day scheduled for 1030 it was delayed I had to cancel reservations I had to put people up in hotels on the other end as they came out of town to pick me up all at my expense because WestJet couldn’t get it together I’m very disappointed in WestJet’s performance and how they handled the situation Get your customers to where they need to be in a timely fashion, even if that means putting them on your competitors jets Customer service should be number one I will think twice now with booking with WestJet

Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.

West jet once again canceled the flight delaying my travel this is inexcusable they are not capable of running an airline

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

Flight was delayed, but was good once on our way. Voucher helped - bought a meal. Great landing

A fat person could not use the table tray in economy - very tight spacing.

A lot of people needing bathroom before arrival some didn’t get to use; plane a little small felt cramped but worked still a bigger plane would be nice. Crew was friendly and flight was on time and smooth. No food for vegans 🤔
