This flight was perfect. No complaints and only the highest regard for the crew and ground staff and how they executed perfectly. I fly a lot with United and would request predictability and transparency in their operations instead of last minute changes.
Survey sent before we actually left. Delay after delay. Now a crew problem.
I love flying with United. Unfortunately, I flew on an older plane with minimal upgraded technology (no Bluetooth functionality or handy charging ports). Otherwise, the flight was great and even arrived early.
They changed my seats after I checked in and I was stressed from the time I saw that information until just before boarding, when the gate attendant fixed it, but it shouldn't have happened. And if it couldn't be prevented, then the people on the phone I spoke with should have done something to help, which they did not, nor did they offer me compensation, just meaningless apologies.
Smooth flight, especially take off and landing, and great crew on board. Really loved the stroopwaffles!
Deplaning was delayed because of Jetbridge equipment issues in MKE, causing an issue on an otherwise great flight.
Not really their fault, but a 4.5 hour delay is pretty brutal
we were delayed going into and out of Newark Airport by 3-4 hours each way. Excuses/reasons given were misleading. Weather was cited at first when there was NO weather issue. Turns out Newark had a shortage of staff and runway construction. United knew this and should have NOT scheduled flights when they know we would be delayed so long. I will avoid United and EWR airport at all cost going forward. Delta never looked so good.
Stewardess spilled orange juice on my clothes/seat no help no apology just threw napkins at me to clean the mess up. Not Happy.
leg space better than expected. two washrooms for one plane isn't enough.
Everything was fine. I'm average height and I pack light. I'm ready for my Spirit flight.
After 2 hrs the flight was canceled. The next flight wasn’t until 4 days away! They wouldn’t book us with other airlines. We ended up driving 15 hrs to get home
First time on Spirit. Definitely a streamline flight but I would fly Spirit again.
Not very good because of an almost 3 hour delay for an hour long flight.
We had an almost 7 hour flight delay. We left the gate twice and taxi-ed and then returned the gate twice. Finally we got a new flight crew (our third one) and then left the gate to the final time before departing at 6:45pm (original flight time was 12pm). Out of Newark.

It’s what we expected from Spirit..reasonable cost, good for a 2-3 hour flight. Disappointed that we had a 2 hour delay in departure from DFW for a maintenance issue, but the pilot handled it well once we were outbound on a different Airbus.
My experience was okay. The flight did not offer even water without a fee. Also had to pay extra for my carry on, as I was told I had to check my bag, even though it said I had the option to carry on a bag when booking. This costed me an extra $100. Would likely not fly with Spirit again.
In a word, it was horrible. The flight crew timed out and this, apparently was not accounted for by management. This meant that our 10:15 departure turned into a 1:30am departure the next DAY!!! And some brainchild decided to email us 12$ food vouchers set to expire the 9th, but they sent them after EVERY VENDOR WAS CLOSED in the Miami airport and obviously none would be open in New Orleans. I found this to be another sterling example of, at best, shitty management…at worst an absolute lack of empathy for your customers.
