Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!

I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

The attendant on board was amazing. She should be doing business/first international long haul.

Perfect flight. Smooth flight. Arrived 20 minutes early at destination. Excellent service.

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.

Plane boarded early a quickly, was mostly full. We left close to on time. And landed early.

Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.

This flight was perfect. No complaints and only the highest regard for the crew and ground staff and how they executed perfectly. I fly a lot with United and would request predictability and transparency in their operations instead of last minute changes.

Survey sent before we actually left. Delay after delay. Now a crew problem.

The bag situation was confusing. I didn’t know I had to pay for Carry ons. The seats were uncomfortable and there was no entertainment

It was terrible. I had to pay again once I got to the airport because they said they never received the payment.

Checking in and getting to gate fast and leasy at Laguardia airport. There is no entertainment on the plane and food was for purchase. Great experience flying with spirit

Kayak and Spirit could not meaningfully share itinerary data, leading to many hours of remediation.

Do not fly with Spirit. They will leave you canceled if their flight is not 110% booked.

Terrible Flight was cancelled last minute with no other flights available

Everything was terrible. Flight was delayed several hours, crew was abrasive. Stuck on runway for over a hour. There was an argument between passengers that nearly turned into a fight while waiting to exit plane, crew did nothing. Took nearly 3 hours to retrieve luggage at baggage claim. Lost an entire day of vacation. Will never fly spirit again under any circumstance

More comfortable seats, free snacks and soft drinks, some sort of entertainment or WiFi.

Flight was cancelled. But kayak thought it was still on time.

I know Spirit gets a lot of criticism, but I've taken three flights recently and all were very good, and tremendous value. On my most recent one, they randomly assigned me to a very comfortable exit row seat! The flight was on time and the boarding process was smooth, and the crew was friendly. No complaints!
