Seats are absolutely not comfortable and large enough. There’s a limit and you stepped over it. I understand that there’s a business class, however for the price it costs, it’s just plain stupid for a 50 minute flight.

Provide free food and drinks on an international flight. Add updated head rests

Horrible experience. Flight cancelled. Arrived at destination 12 hs later. No one gave us an answer or any information. Very very poor service. We won’t ever travel again with Avianca

Flight to Bogotá delayed by 3 h Missed connection from Bogotá to Guayaquil. Avianca unable to bring us to Baltra on time Overall delay 36h. We missed boat departure from galagos. Overall 10 day trip needed to be cancelled. Avianca was completely un-professional.

Business class seats did not lie flat. There was only powdered milk for your coffee....in Business Class!! Food was good.

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼
