The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

Welp - they boarded us appropriately...then had us sit on the plane for over two hours before cancelling the flight...which meant another night in Munich. I probably had it a little better than most as over 500 people had to be accommodated/re-booked etc. The next day I boarded the same flight (for which I had now been ticketed 3 straight days) and - with "only" an hour delay, managed to finally get home over 2 days later than scheduled. I haven't flown Lufthansa to Europe in years...and I won't be looking to do so again in the future. To be clear, though, the people I interacted with - flight crew, Service Center, check-in were all professional and courteous - management is clearly to blame for their lack of communication and unpreparedness for when things go wrong.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights

Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
