Cons: This was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had. The plane was so hot we were sitting there sweating the entire time. It made it impossible to sleep or focus on a movie or anything, and it made the flight feel 10 times longer.

Cons: You didn't get my bags to airport on time and so I missed my connecting flight which was 90 minutes after my previous flight, I have an 8 month old son and you made us spend another 4 hours waiting for a flight.

Cons: Even vegetarian Hindu food was ordered over the phone. We're presented non veg food. When asked about the non veg food we were told that we dint order. Lie right away. Alitalia members showed worst and discrimination based behavior. Very rude. Won't travel on Alitalia in future

Pros: The crew members were excellent and efficient. Europe was fabulous.

Cons: 9+ hours in the air is never fun when you're in economy class: humans have gotten bigger as airline seats grow smaller.

Cons: Food is very very bad on Delta in general for Vegetarian Indians.

Pros: Flight and service was very good

Cons: Crew showed up late and we subsequently were delayed.

Cons: Main meal was the worst I have had in over 10 years on a plane. I got the pasta. There were no vegetables or color other than yellow/orange in the dish. The side was a potato salad, which is also not very nutritious. Then you get a brownie and a roll. The breakfast/snack was also a pumpkin slice of bread. The overall food options were not very diverse in terms of the food groups. I thought plane food had improved in the last decade or so, but not on this flight.

Pros: Boarding and seating was smoother than in the past. No more cattle calls.

Cons: Mechanical problems causing delays are not uncommon, but the crew did little to communicate other than apologize. A complimentary cocktail, a working entertainment system, or even a regular update on progress would have helped.

Pros: How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!

Cons: Extra charge for luggage - it showed up in the itinerary only after everything has been paid for. And even the paid suitcase allowed 23 kg only. It has been just over TEN years ago that you had two suitcases at 32 kg each included in price! Does the airline seriously believe that you can travel around the world with just a swim trunk in your pocket? This policy is an insult to any world traveller. We do not all go into an all-inclusive resort! The only drink offered during the flight was plain water, again a step down from before where they also offered others, e.g. orange juice. Seating - now that big persons have the right for two seats for the price of one, when will the same rational apply to tall people?

Pros: Boarding was easy. No issues. Friendly staff. We had to fill out customs declaration forms but didn’t have a pen. We asked stewardess for a pen and they didn’t have any left. She said to borrow from a neighbor which I thought was rude. We don’t know our neighbors. If a flight requires filling out a form, they should provide enough pens to do so.
