The entire process from boarding in Chicago until arrival in Athens was very smooth.

There was too little space between rows. Sometimes it was too difficult to watch a movie because the screen was too close to my face.

Steward Very pleasant, helpful and accomodating.

No information on the flight about how to proceed with our missed conncetions nor anyone to meet in Zurich at gate with information.

Best trip ever, flight crew fantastic. Great hospitality from the crew, pleasant and very personable. Will definitely fly Swiss Air again.

Would fly again! Food was excellent (warm meal on a 2.5hrs flight!), got an empty seat to use for my baby, they didn’t break her stroller or car seat, they didn’t lose our luggage.

Seating little tight (especially if seat in front of you reclines)

Wider than average seats and a nice meal.

Plane was not near the gate & we had to ride a bus to the plane.

The seats feel small both in width and in leg room. Online check in did not work properly--I got a message that I was put on the stand-by list.

The crew was very accommodating, Frequently offered water also.

It was late by 1 hour. Food was not enough. Was hungry since dinner was late due to delayed flight and breakfast was served at lunch time of MUC. Electrical outliets did not work in the flight and had problems in MUC for GPS.
