Cons: We pre-ordered our meal and was on the list, but our food was not put on the plane. The steward tried to gather their snack meals in order to provide us dinner, but it was disappointing. We hope our pre-ordered meals make it onto the plane on the return flight. There was no comfort kit in business

Pros: crew was fine; Helsinki airport is nice

Cons: boarding was disorganized and late -- with little communication. They didn't even make a boarding announcement, so there was a lot of unnecessary lining up, waiting, and nervousness -- then they did not help people make their connections after they got in late, again, making much nervous jostling.

Pros: Crew was pleasant. Flight was pleasant.

Cons: I like that they keep costs down by not including extras like in flight alcohol and food.

Pros: The crew was kind and the flight ok. They wanted to charge me 120.00 USD for my one bag checked ONE WAY. 240.00 USD round trip for one checked bag!!!!! On their website it clearly states one free checked bag for ALL FLIGHTS xcept “discount” fares. No way to prove I purchased “basic”

Cons: They lied. The website does not clearly state that you will be CHARGED FOR CHECKED BAGS. Warning!!

Cons: Gate location information delayed until last minute!

Cons: I was surprised by a $120 fee for luggage. I don't remember any indication from Kayak or from TAP about a luggage fee when I booked or when I got confirmation. Further, I found out that if I had indicated that I had luggage 3 days prior to checkin, I would have only been charged $92 saving me $.

Pros: Great crew. That’s about it.

Cons: Absolutely horrible business class on the A330-343. Honestly, they should be ashamed of flying this airplane. They have four of these from Singapore Airlines and of course on both flights I was unlucky enough to get stuck with it. The cabin looks horribly outdated, is worn out, and smells.

Then nearly missed connecting flight made it by running. Nobody would allow someone to move faster through lines for a connecting fligh

Cons: Food was terrible. The seat was hard and uncomfortable.

Pros: The crew was professional and did a great job making sure everyone was informed and well looked after.

Pros: Flight arrived early, was uneventful with great helpful cabin staff. I did not eat so can’t rate the food, and there is no inflight wifi or screens so that is not applicable in rating my trip. Excellent short hop on a shiny new aircraft, with pretty tight seating.

Cons: Crew trapped me under a bassinet holding a baby that wasn't mine with tray unfolded to hold other passenger's meals. This happened for 5 hrs of a 7-hr trip. Zero room. Kept telling me to pick up baby whenever there was turbulence. Except that it's not my baby. Seriously, just because I am Asian doesn't mean every Asian baby looks like me.

Cons: Problems with the emergency lightning caused the flight to depart two hours late

Cons: Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta.

Pros: Bag was sent straight to NY although Norwegian screwed it up. Am yet to receive my luggage.

Pros: Multiple crew members paid constant helpful attention to my mother (88yrs of age) during boarding, deboarding and throughout the entire flight. Thank you!

Pros: Horrible storms kept us in the air for at least an hour past our scheduled landing time. And yet we experienced virtually no turbulence. The pilots did an excellent job of keeping us updated, kept things as smooth as possible with the bad weather and we had plenty of movies and games to choose

Cons: I was charged an extra $100 because my bag was 10lbs overweight. Where is this crazy fee communicated on their website? And why does it have to be so much? I didn't have a way to weigh our bag before we left. I had no idea it was so heavy - ridiculous price.

Pros: Excellent flight - smooth, comfortable seats (exit row with lots of leg room), in-flight entertainment was great, snacks and drinks served when I needed. Got to Cincinnati earlier than expected. Couldn't have gone better really.

Cons: I will say the flight to Orlando including an upcharge of $100 for a bag that was 10lbs overweight. I was INCREDIBLY frustrated at the crazy price. I understand fees would apply to overweight bags but $100???? Kind of ridiculous

Cons: Checked bag fee was expensive at $120 per bag. For the two of us bags cost $240. The plane boarded late this departed and arrived late. Otherwise a very good flight. Very comfortable, all Amenities worked, the plane was clean and the staff accommodating.

No option online to pay for luggage which would have been a better rate. Overall if you buy Iceland air through agency you receive inferior service.

Cons: Really poor communication prior to the flight taking off. Crew did not tell us the flight was going to be delayed until after our departure time. And then gave us little guidance afterwards.
