That we finally took off

The flight was delayed for more than one hour. The baby stroller was handed to me last— after my bags came out!

The airplane and blankets were super comfortable. Most importantly the flight was on time.

Food was good. Free alcohol. Soft landings.

The Crew tried to work with what they have.

1. Plane to small. there was no room. 2. Flight was delayed for 2 hors. 3. my suitcase was sent down to storage and my back pack have to be put under my feet. but there was two more tenet my seat already. 4. We have to board the plane in the middle of the airport. and have to walk a lot to get the gate signed. 5. Once arrived I had to connect to American Airlines flight and have to walk one mille and change to get to the other side of the airport. It will be ok, but I was with a 3 year old minor and I have to deal with this and the child

In-flight entertainment is very good with a good selection of movies and TV shows.

Flight was first delayed 1 hour then jumped to 3 more hours. Gate was constantly changing so we relaxed at a nearby gate. Never heard a boarding call. Then there's a security check right before you get on the plane so we have to throw away bottles of water that were bought in the terminal after passing initial security. Ridiculous!! How are we to keep hydrated on a 10 hour flight without being able to bring water on the plane?? The flight attendants should, at least, come around with cups of water. Service on LAN was excellent 10 years ago but has deteriorated when it changed to LATAM.

My first time flying on Avianca. American based carriers should take a look at Avianca’s playbook. Free hot towel given after take off, free pillow and blanket, a meal served with out a fee. Flight attendants make up and hair professionally styled, flight attendants offering to place bags in overhead bins. Customs forms handed out an hour into the flight not the last 30 minutes.

The seat assigned to my daughter had a faulty life jacket and the crew wanted our family to split up. My daughter is 2 and didn't like that her dad was moving somewhere else as we were taking off. Since the crew member didn't want to ask the individual sitting next to me, I asked if she would mind moving so that our family could stay together.

I enjoyed the food, the blanket and pillow they provided, the free movies and the crew was very nice.

Un poco d retraso en el vuelo

The seats were comfortable

We were wet, cold, and three hours late! They took us in a bus to the airplane while there was a thunderstorm, the old people from the wheelchairs needed to climb stairs under the storm! All the passengers where wet. Then, they said that we have to wait to fly and we left Mexico at 9:15ish! We arrive to Chicago at 1:30ish. They told us that our luggage where going to be at number 8 and it was number 7. A horrible flight because of the bad services at the airport!!!

Arrive in Cancun early. Seats were comfy and legroom for tall people. Wish there was wifo and better in flight entertainment.
