Cons: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent

Pros: After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system.
Pros: Food and a good cabin crew on Brussels Air.

Cons: Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM
Cons: Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing. Overall experience is extremely bad.
Pros: MCR airport Mert & Greet parking was smooth and efficient.
Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’
Pros: short, sweet and to the point. 1+ hour flight is usually an easy hop.
Pros: The crew was really friendly.
Cons: There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful.
