I didn’t mind being delayed due to weather, but continuing to post (and not update) that we would be delayed until after the flight was already supposed to have taken off was a bit much. In the future, please announce the delay even if the time is still unknown.

I think the staff was nice. They took time to explain safety protocols. Boarding was great. They started early and our flight left a little early which was convenient. Having free games to play would have been better

Spirit is a very uncomfortable travel experience. It’s cheap but you are squeezed into the seats like canned meat.

Friendly employees, good seat, on time, Great flight. Pilot and attendants greeted passengers as we deplaned. However, I could not ever understand what the flight attendant was saying on the mic. It was too fast, and too loud.

One restroom was unavailable/closed on both routes, going to Charlotte and coming back to Detroit a week later.

it was a quick trip. seats aren't that comfortable but because it was a quick trip it was ok. You need to have an N/A in your rating as I didn't have any food or entertainment so the only thing I could do was score low.

Not very good because of an almost 3 hour delay for an hour long flight.

The flight was canceled and was bounced around time wise with my elderly parents. That being said the gentleman in custody service was amazingly helpful
