Excellent experience when I am looking for a budget airline where the main expectation is getting me from point A to point B with no frills.

Terrible seat, no in flight entertainment. No complimentary food or drinks. Seats really hurt my back after flying spirit for the day.

It was delayed, and the airport had cockroaches jumping on our bags. The flight crew was great, the seats were pretty comfortable.

Delayed due to no pilot. Per FAA policy I do believe we are to be reimbursed.

Flight was cancelled without warning close to flight date. Stuck witha credit has to buy a new ticket from another airline in either to get to location. Email cancelling was lost in mail.

No frills - because you get what you pay for. The crew was amazing!! I had plenty of room to spread out because the flight was half full. Which made it easy to sleep.

I didn’t mind being delayed due to weather, but continuing to post (and not update) that we would be delayed until after the flight was already supposed to have taken off was a bit much. In the future, please announce the delay even if the time is still unknown.

I think the staff was nice. They took time to explain safety protocols. Boarding was great. They started early and our flight left a little early which was convenient. Having free games to play would have been better

Spirit is a very uncomfortable travel experience. It’s cheap but you are squeezed into the seats like canned meat.

Friendly employees, good seat, on time, Great flight. Pilot and attendants greeted passengers as we deplaned. However, I could not ever understand what the flight attendant was saying on the mic. It was too fast, and too loud.
