Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.
Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.
I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.
The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.
Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

YUL AIRPORT is the worst. 1 Hr to Get out of the plane, 1 Hr To Cross the Border. 1Hr waiting to be pick up curbside. Trafic is ubeliveble.
Great flight and crew. Food isn't free and neither are headphones...
Once we got through the long line at security, everything was very good from boarding to exiting the place. The flight crew was very friendly. What Air Transat could do much better is to put us through to TSA Pre-Check since my wife and I are Nexus members. We have never enjoyed this privilege with Air Transat, but, we always get this with Air Canada at the FLL airport. So, this is possible to do.
Clean plane. Departed ahead of schedule, arrived early. Captain was informative- could clearly hear announcements and flight went as he told us. Could use some simple snack with free beverages. Consider comp with-go on planes.
For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Boarding could be improved, no need to wait after a previous group is completed
the service was fine but would have which that the audio for announcement is better.
No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.
We did not take this trip !! I told Air Canada months ago to cancel this reservation . But , since they offered no rebate or a way to save credits everything was a loss . Why they continued to contact me about check in , etc . I will never understand!!
My seat was moved multiple times. I picked out the perfect seats beforehand. I even paid extra money for them. However, I was moved to a middle seat without warning at the last minute. It was like my worst nightmare. But other than that, the actual flight was good. Everything was on time or even early and the flight was smooth.
All was good, except our baggage was lost for most of a day. We are thankful that it was found quickly and delivered to our hotel. Rouge was fine outside of that problem.
Meals very slow service, taste of food unrecognizable, coffee cold
Over hour wait to check in luggage. Then are flight got canceled. Put us on another later flight. Lost our luggage when we got to our final destination.
beware,,,,, my delayed flight left me in Montreal until the next day because there were no other outgoing flights. After standing in line for over 2 hours, and waiting another hour for the boarding pass, I was rerouted the next day on a flight that had 2 stops. I was given accommodations though. The next day, I heard from other passengers that were also stuck there, that another flight could get me to my destination faster with only one stop. I stood in line again to get that flight. It connected with another airline so it was perhaps the reason I was not given it originally. I was going for an art class, so I missed 2 days of it and the price I paid for lodging. UGH.
