Cons: "Got stuck with the last row of seats. I never previously had the last row for a flight but to be honest it was definitely the worst seats on the plane. What makes it worse was these were not tickets I bought last week but on united economy they only give you seat selection just days prior and no explanation as to why you are placed in a particular row. Stuck near the bathroom and the seats do not decline at all though they deceptively provide the button to recline your seats. Horrible experience and one more reason to not fly United."

Cons: "Missed my connecting flight from Newark to Ft. Lauderdale due to a 30 minute weather delay, and then an hour long delay imposed by Newark Airport due to air traffic volume. I had to sleep (barely due to all of the nighttime maintenance going on) on the damn floor by my standby gate because I couldn't afford a hotel and United refused to pay for one."

Cons: "2+ hours late to depart with no explanation. Multiple delay messages from United ranging from 59 minutes late to 2 hours 10 minutes late often within minutes of each other. Poor service, crowded, and very uncomfortable."

Cons: "Flying is just the low of a trip to Mexico. Seating is cramped. Security lines were long. When we finally got to the gate for our connecting flight to Mpls. There was no plane it was delayed about half an hour. No biggie just the way it is traveling during the winter holiday season"

It is because of that one of my luggages didn't arrive with me. I wasted much time waiting and again claim to know the where about. I will never use Air Canada connection flight."

Pros: "United Flight cancelled because no available working aircraft. Did not tell us until very late at night. The lines and wait to speak to customer service was extraordinary. Could not get us out until the next day on another airline. They did give us hotel voucher but did not arrive at hotel until after midnight cue to late notice of flight cancellation and long lines at the airport. Sent bag on another flight even though we could not fly out as scheduled. Therefore we were stuck overnight without our luggage, change of clothes, cell phone charger etc... Seems United has these issues more than any other airline. Will avoid flying united in the future"
