Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.

It was great. There were some issues prior to takeoff. The weather was poor so we had to go through deicing, and we were delayed a bit by the pilots' concern about one of the engines, but that's aviation. The pilots handled everything with aplomb, and kept us apprised
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The flight was delayed, it took longer than anticipated because of weather, and they broke my luggage.

My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.

As someone who never flies WestJet unless there is no other viable option I have to give this crew credit where credit is due. Extremely well done everyone.
Flight left on time. The crew was very friendly. I had to buy a proper meal. Small cookie and a drink just doesn’t cut it for a 4.5 hours flight.
Experience was good, the wifi hook up is somewhat tough
Good value, minor delay due to waiting for inbound plane but they gave accurate information about wait time. Able to switch to a seat by my husband thanks to a kind flight attendant
Found the seats very crowded—too close together ! And waited a long time for our luggage All staff at both ends were excellent!!!

My flight with WestJet was cancelled due to weather and because I booked with Kayak I was not a priority for rebooking so I have not been able to find a flight for five days. My vacation time would be over at that point. I was not aware of that in cancellation I would not be a priority And could not find another flight. In a good point, I was refunded quickly and without issue it’s very disappointing. You plan your vacation and cannot find another flight without long layovers.
Long delay die to pet mix up. Also bags took forever to get to carousel
The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.
It was out first time flying Air Canada and it was ok, comfort-wise. I hope airlines are able to get a quiet room installed for young children flying. Screaming and crying the whole time in business class is quite unfortunate. That was the only thing that really messed up the experience.

Air traffic delay meant boarding started, then plane was evacuated and passengers sent back to the terminal for 1 hour. Very little information shared.
The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.
Smooth on-time flight but NO AC in the middle of the cabin. Business Class and the rear of the cabin were too cold but mid-cabin was stuffy and hot with virtually no air coming out of the ducts. Made for a very long and uncomfortable flight.
The flight was direct and affordable The boarding process gave poor directions and disorganized. The seats were narrow and very uncomfortable! The disembarkation was also poor.
