Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.
I appreciate the email reminders for online check-in which made my entry to the lines less stressful. The flight was on schedule and on time. The baording staff were proactively helpful and approachable. The airplane inflight food, entertainment and comfies as well as provisions are excellent even in the economy seating. The airline transfer was smooth and easy! Luggage safe and intact! Thank you EVA airline for making my trip a reliable safe and comfortable experience.

What a silly survey to send - all AC flights were cancelled due to the strike so of course we did not fly yesterday
Flight was cancelled last minute. Had to scramble and purchase a $2000 flight through a separate airlines. Stuck in Toronto two extra days. Missed my first two days on a new job. Had to rent a car for an additional two days. Scrambled to fins a place to live those extra two days. Spent a ton of extra money and lost a lot of money, as well as made a poor impression at work. Terrible, return flight was cancelled a night before the flight was scheduled to depart and I was notified by an email and an automated message on their phone line. I’ll never book Air Canada again
Due to the strike by AC flight attendants, my flight was cancelled. Very disappointing! A refund is being processed. This was not a Kayak issue. I will be sure to come back to Kayak in the future.

Biggest problem for me is that I am Star Alliance Gold and they were not able to give me access to to Maple Lounge because of some computer glitch . It was management by information system. She could clearly see my status and still would not give me access because the computer woudl not let her. She should have override that be attentive to a customer and figure rhat out later

Last minute cancellation, followed by last minute delay with the rescheduled flight. Both due to interval operation issues. Poor resolution.Very disappointing.
Late departing. Late arriving. More worried about limiting bags on board. Free beer and wine a nice surprise.
Flying in the Dreamliner is always comfortable. Though the food options for Air Canada aren't great.
