the seat sizes and the distance row to row was not comfortable. when a passenger in front seat put it down (he kept it all the time during the flight since he didn't fit in the space) their seat was squishing my knees and it was very difficult under their weight. It lasted 12 hours and was extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the experience was very good.

Turkish airlines feedback team response is awfully slow, and because of that, I Emmy able to bring my little dog with me, after all those preparations.

The staff is professional and friendly. The food was excellent, with the exception of the octopus salad just prior to landing.

Turkish airline is so mismanaged . We had to onboard a flight outside from tarmac when there was heavy rains . By the time we climbed the flight we were drenched from the rain and we were so cold. The flight service was so terrible. The flight attendant never responded to any of the calls. There were no extra snack left for the kid . On one of the more than 13 hours flight my seat did ot recline and the person in the front had reclined their seat completely , for the whole more than 13 hour journey , I barely had any space to do anything . I will never travel with this airline ever again , such a bad experience

4 flights booked with specific seats together and a bassinet. All 4 flights were seated separately without a bassinet

We flew business class and it was impressive. So comfortable with delicious food and very attentive and polite staff. Will definitely fly Turkish airlines again.

I paid for the seat and found out that the seat doesn't recline. The staff didn't help in arranging an alternative.

I like Turkish Airlines Business Class to go to Europe, but it would be nice to avoid the back and forth to Istambul, and the very long layover. Regarding the 10 hrs. layover I have to say Turkish Airline lounges are superior and offer really good quality sustainable food… for ultimate comfort they also have great showers and suites to rest!

Vol Paris Istanbul en retard. Baggage en soute mis sur autre vol car seulement 15 pour attraper le vol. Baggage livré en soirée le jour d'arrivée.

Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!

Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.

Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.
