Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours

Can’t complain Only downside was the Kiosk passport check and customs clearance at Melbourne. When will they improve that service🤔

Fantastic service the managed to locate my checked bag on the plans as re-tagged it for my final destination.

Food was excellent. Leg room in economy, not so good; I’m 6’-1”.

Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.

The staff on board were excellent. Kind, thoughtful, helpful - not just with me but with others around that I observed. Wonderful service.

One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.

Very pleasant. The crews are very nice.Food were excellent.

We arrived in line for check in at 6:15 p.m. but did not check in until 8:00 p.m. The line for economy check in was very long, and all of the desks 03-13 were not open, although most of them opened sporadically. The crew on board were very nice and helpful, friendly and kind. It has been many years since we flew Emirates (at least 17 years), and we notice that foot rests are no longer available in economy, but we were lucky enough to fly in the upper deck and appreciate your opening some of your flights to economy passengers in the upper deck. We will definitely fly on emirates more often! Thank you.

Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.

3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account

I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.

The food was great and the service and attitude was amazing!!

It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.

Old airplanes small seats expensive tickets, not as expected overall and not comfortable according to the price

It was an OK flight with below mediocre service by their flight attendants

Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.

Both flights Heathrow and to SFO were delayed significantly. Walking up outside steps to aircraft with suitcase was a challenge and I am a healthy 63 year old!

Economy seats felt more cramped than other flights we have taken.7 hr, painful sitting hours 6 and 7. Web site difficult to deal with. Originally put in for 1 special meal due to type 2. Meal was awful. Tried to change selection to standard for return flight, on app and website, unable to complete that action.

Poor all around experience. Sat at gate in Grand Rapids to Chicago for 2.5 hours. No food or water offered and no allowances to use restroom. Missed connecting flight to London and not offered any compensation including food or lodging. Not happy with AA, claims delay was weather related but no weather issues seen on radar. Take ownership for real reason behind delay which was actually the IT outage. Very disappointing and will not be recommending AA for domestic or international flights if this is the way that customers are treated.

Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

Didn’t fly with them as someone had cancelled my flight

Had a nice little suite although I couldn’t close the door (but I didn’t ask anyone to help). 5K is a nice seat and very private (you look in on first class). Enjoyable flight and nice crew.

Checking in prior on line and wait time at Gatwick was terrible. I would rate a big fat ZERO.

British Airways Flight 525 from Florence to London on July 29th 2025 was the worse flight I have ever been on. The flight was excessively delayed with poor communication from airline as to the reason for delay. We were notified of need for an unscheduled stop in Pisa after boarding due to weather which was limiting ability to fuel up to the capacity needed for the flight to London. Though we understand and appreciate the safety concern, on quick web search we later learned this was a recurrent problem. We were subsequently kicked off our connecting flight out of London to Port land, Oregon (also on British Airways) though that flight was also delayed (we were told we would not be able to make it in time, but ironically the amount of time it took for them to rebook us would have been more than sufficient to make the connection). We then had to stay overnight in London at a very mediocre hotel, had to take a flight out on a different carrier which involved a stop at LAX (not a direct flight to our home city which we had paid extra for the convenience). Half of our bags did not arrive in LA and we had to transfer the bags ourselves from the international terminal to terminal 6, only to have most of this luggage that made it from London to LAX not arrive in Portland. They bags were eventually found but took over 60 hours for delivery. The entire trip home which was suppose to be 13 hours took over 40.

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.

Flight was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. No viable alternative offered and zero customer service support. Totally useless.
