The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.
I liked the friendliness of the employees at the airport
I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR

STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.
I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Seemed roomier than most US domestic airlines and they served food.
Very long delay but we just made the connection. The requested wheel chairs were not there so I had to assist/carry BOTH of my parents to the gate while carrying their bags so we could make the connection. The plane had no entertainment system and NO WIFI, legroom zero. Restrooms on ALL of flights were dirty and one restroom did not even work properly. I was surprised to see COPA like this since my flight with them in 2013 was incredible, the seats were amazing and the food options were spectacular. Of course, I see this kind of service on many airlines now, with services and hospitality at an all time low. The worse part of the trip was seeing my 90 year old parents go through hell on these flights and having to try and rush to a gate to make the next flight. Never again
Copa definitely offers better service and price than other airlines.
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair
This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up
Copa delayed the fight three times. We ended up flying about 24 hours after the original time.
Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.
Food was not good, no options for vegetarian or gluten free
This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.
The personnel at the counter was very helpful. Everything ran on time.
No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
As a group, we pretty much had the plane to ourselves which was a very nice surprise! The staff was professional, personable and efficient! The seating was roomy and comfortable!
After the morning frenzy of 35 min wait through CLT security at 4;30 AM, it was nice to have a smooth pleasant boarding experience. This 6:30 AM flight was not full. We were able to get seated swiftly and took off promptly. Nice touch they distributed the old fashioned headsets with 8 mm jacks. Snacks were decent and arrival was uneventful.
Outstanding in all respects. Early boarding left early arrived early. We were in business class, so was perfectly fine.
This was a flight operated by Lufthansa. See me prior comments, which were meant for this experience. The CSA, Ashley, should be reprimanded if not fired for incompetence, being rude, and very, very slow. She was whispering to other CSAs, blaming my flight change on others, unable to give me a seat assignment, telling me could not help without offering any advice (I travel 200,000 miles a year and am a consultant to the airlines, so I know how this gets done PRETTY DAMN WELL). Then, she gave me literally the worst seat on the airline (yes, there were other seats open) - the one right next to the bathroom that was so bad the other PAX next to me left to move to another seat. My seat kept getting rammed (3x) by the crew with their carts (no turbulence to speak of), other passengers grabbing the seat to get in or out of the bathroom, and listening to the bathroom flush all night.
I’ve had a couple flights this week on United that were delayed by an hour or more
I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.
Should have video screens Plane audio was poor and without wired connection hard to understand crew. Should serve more than just cups of water and pretzels on six hour flight. Did not see crew rest of flight. Fix charging sockets to retain charging blocks.
I was in a wheelchair and went from international to domestic. I was transferred to several different modes of transport and expected to give a tip at each transfer. I was, although, grateful to get to the gate in time for my flight.
The plane was very warm and the crew turned on the lights for the entire snack service.
Check in agent was helpful and nice. Flight was OK. Our flight in Chicago was delayed 8 hours without an explination. This was our journey home. After a horrible flight experience on on the way to our vacation where our plane was diverted for an emergency medical issue, was grounded for hours, we missed our connecting flight by 25 minutes, and it took a day yo get re-booked, this was yet another bad experience that American seemed unwilling to help out with, much less compensate us for the
Service was excellent with the staff they all did an fantastic job well done 👏. But the entertainment with the wifi service was very bad couldn't login to read or watch a movie. An also I couldn't get any rest because there was some ppl making noise talking along with kids was misbehaving. Also I prefer person u there head phone while using there devices . But it was a very smooth flight. Thanks you all 😀😀
Terrible experience with baggage claim at CLT. Posted as arriving at belt 4 and screen there showed the flight. Waited for over 1.2hrs before someone randomly came by and said the bags for that flight had been dropped at CD1 an unknown time ago. There was no notification in the app, on the screens or by any airport personnel prior to this time. Waiting 1.2 hrs after a 2 hr flight for a bag you paid $40 extra to check is infuriating and disappointing.
Seats are weirdly bent, I felt hunched the entire time.
Missed this flight due to the first AA flight delay
Experience was bad. 3.5 hour delay for a 2.5 hour trip. There was no r Transparency about the reason for the delay and it was done 30 mins at a time.
Iberia was great. American airlines was late for no reason ans with no explanatiom or apologies. We were on the runway for at least 40 minutes before taking off once we finally boarded
A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.
